Gebrauchsanweisung
Zweck
Der Beatmungsschlauch dient als beweglicher Schlauch zum
Weiterleiten von Gasen zwischen einem Anästhesiegerät
und/oder Beatmungsgerät und dem Y-Stück (3-WegeVerbindungsstück) oder einem anderen geeigneten Verbindungsstück in Patientennähe.
Reinigen und Desinfizieren/Sterilisieren
Vor dem Ersteinsatz und vor jedem Wiederholungseinsatz
sind die Schläuche zu reinigen und zu desinfizieren und/oder
zu sterilisieren. Die Verpackung ist nicht sterilisierbar.
Zur Desinfektion empfehlen wir die maschinelle Desinfektion
in Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsautomaten. Dabei sind die
vom Hersteller angegebenen Konzentrationen, Einwirkungszeiten und Temperaturen unbedingt einzuhalten. Es sind nur
Desinfektionsverfahren und –mittel zu verwenden, die
ausdrücklich für SILIKON-Produkte geeignet sind. Dies gilt
auch für die manuelle Desinfektion. Zusätzlich ist zu beachten, daß während der Desinfektion keine harten/scharfkantigen Gegenstände mit dem Schlauch in
Berührung kommen und danach die Schläuche mit aqua
dest. gut gespült werden.
Zur Sterilisation ist die Dampfsterilisation bei 121°C (mind.
30 min) oder 134°C (mind.10min) anzuwenden.
Bei allen Reinigungs- und Sterilisationsvorgängen sind die
Anweisungen der Gerätebeschreibungen und die Angaben
der Reinigungsmittel mit zu beachten.

Die Schläuche sind wiederverwendbar. Bei häufigem Einsatz ist eine Verhärtung und Rißbildung möglich. Die
Gebrauchsdauer der Schläuche ist auf 2 Jahre ab
Herstelldatum begrenzt. Das Herstellungsjahr ist durch die
neueste Endziffer (8=1998) und das Quartal durch die
zugehörige Anzahl der Punkte (3 Punkte = 3.Quartal)
bestimmbar.
Vor jedem Gebrauch
Der Schlauch ist auf Beschädigung und Rißbildung zu
prüfen. Beschädigte oder verhärtete Schläuche dürfen
nicht verwendet werden.
Zum Aufstecken und Abziehen muß der Schlauch an der
Muffe gehalten werden, um eine Rißbildung zwischen
Muffe und Grundschlauch zu verhindern.
Die Beatmungs- und Narkoseschläuche dürfen nur an
passende Konnektoren (z.B. DIN ISO 5356 Teil1) angeschlossen werden.
Während des Gebrauches
Der Schlauch darf nicht mit einem spitzen Gegenstand in
Berührung kommen oder an einer Kante reiben.
Es dürfen keine brennbare Gasgemische durchgeleitet werden! Entzündungsgefahr!
Allgemeines
Diese Gebrauchsanweisung gibt den Wissenstand und
den Stand der Technik zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung
wieder.

Mode d´emploi
Utilisation
Les tubes d´assistance respiratoire sont utilisés comme
des tuyaux souples servant à faire passer les gaz entre un
the Y-piece (3-way-connector) or another suitable connected
piece provided next to the patient.
Cleaning and Disinfection/Sterilization
Prior to using the tubes for the first time and prior to each
repeated use the tubes must be cleaned and disinfected
and/or sterilized. The packaging is not sterilizable.
For disinfection purposes we recommend to apply
mechanical
disinfection
processes
performed
by
cleaning/disinfection automats.
Any concentrations, action times, and temperatures defined
by the manufacturer must be strictly observed.
Use disinfection methods and agents only which are
explicitly suitable for SILIKON. This applies also to any
disinfection made by hand.
In addition it is to be noted that no rigid/sharp-edged objects
must come into contact with the tubes during disinfection and
that the tubes are well rinsed out with aqua dest. thereafter.
For sterilization purposes apply sterilization by steam at
121°C (for a minimum period of 30 minutes) or 134°C (for a
minimum period of 10 minutes).
For all cleaning and sterilization processes applied observe
also any equipment description and cleaning agent
instrucions provided.
Using Period
The tubes are reusable. When used very often the tubes
may harden and show cracks.
The using time of times is limited to 2 years after their
manufacturing date.
The latest final number refers to the manufacturing year
(8=1998), and the corresponding number of points defines
the manufacturing quarter (3 points = 3rd quarter).
Prior to each Use
Check the tube for damage and cracks. Damaged or hardened tubes must not be used.
Hold the tube at the sleeve for attaching and removal
purposes to avoid the formation of cracks between the
sleeve and the basic tube.
Breathing and anaesthesia tubes must be connected with
suitable connectors (e.g. DIN ISO 5356 Standard, Part 1
refers) only.
During Use
The tube must not come into contact with a pointed object or
rub at a sharp edge.
Inflammable gas mixtures must not be conducted
through the tubes. Danger of inflammability!
General
This Instruction for Use reflects the present level of research
and technology applying at the time of publication.

Il est recommandé de n´employer que des méthods et des
produits de désinfection absolument adaptés au silicone.
Il en est de même pour une désinfection manuelle.
En outre, pendant la désinfection il est nécessaire de faire
attention à ce qu´aucun objet tranchant ou pointu ne
vienne en contact direct avec les tubes.
Bien rincer, ensuite, les tubes.
Une stérilisation à la vapeur à 121 °C (minimum 30
minutes) ou à 134 °C (minimum 10 minutes) est recommandeé.
Se conformer aux instructions sur le mode d´emploi des
appareils et aux indications sur les produits de nettoyage
en ce qui concerne la marche à suivre pour le nettoyage
et la stérilisation.
Durée d´utilisation
Les tubes peuvent être réutilisés. Un durcissement ou une
fissuration sont possibles en cas d´usage répété.
Les tubes peuvent être utilisés pendant 2 ans après la
dâte de fabrication en cas d`utilisation répétée.
L´année de fabrication est indiquée par le dernier chiffre
(example: 8 = 1998) et le trimestre par le nombre de
points y attenant (3 points = 3 ème trimestre).
Avant chaque usage
Les tubes doivent être controlés avant chaque utilisation
pour vérifier qu´ils sont exempts de tout dommage ou
formation de fissures. Tout tube endommagé ou fissuré
ne doit pas être utilisé.
Pour être monté ou enlevé, le tube doit être tenu par
l´embout afin d´éviter tout déchirement entre l´embout et
le tuyau central.
Les tubes d´assistance respiratoire et d´anesthésie ne
doivent être reliés qu´à des connecteurs appropriès (p.ex.
DIN ISO 5356 partie n°1).
Pendant l´utilisation
Les tubes ne doivent pas entrer en contact avec des
objets pointus ou tranchants.
INTERDICTION de faire passer un mélange gazeux
inflammable. Danger inflammable!
