Forming part of a group of three villas, the luxury rental villa is located on the beach in
Sivota, Thesprotia , 600m from the harbour of Sivota among lush vegetation. The port
of Igoumenitsa is 25km from Sivota and there is daily crossing to the Italian ports of
Brindisi, Bari, Ancona and Venice. The restaurant, bar and supermarket are only 600m
away. Aktio airport is 90km from the villa and Parga is 40km away. From the time you
arrive in Corfu and transfer by boat to Igoumenitsa, it will take more or less two hours.
It is the ideal summer holiday villa for a large family or a group of happy friends.
The beautiful beach front villa is a spacious 180sqm building on two levels. There are
two living rooms, one of which has a home cinema and DVD player with a Spa-Jacuzzi
tucked away in a corner. The second living room also has comfortable sofas and a
home cinema system and a dining table. There is satellite TV in all the bedrooms,
living rooms and at the pool area, a direct phone line, a safe, free Wi-Fi and the
hammam or steam room complete the variety of the indoor facilities of this outstanding
private villa in Sivota. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you may need.
The villa also has a working office with a PC and fax machine, gym equipment and a
laundry space. The deluxe beach villa is fully air-conditioned.
Four bedrooms can accommodate up to ten persons. All of the bedrooms have double
beds and each bedroom is uniquely decorated and has satellite TV and a balcony. The
private villa has four shower rooms of which three are en suite, with all the necessary
amenities. There are safe boxes in all the bedrooms. The villa also has an outdoor
shower.
The 1500sqm external area guarantees complete privacy. As you open the main door
to go outside, you will find private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a barbeque
area. A special luxury feature of this sea side villa, is a private space on the beach with
a gazebo, luxury beds, umbrellas, sunbeds, a private yard and a flowery garden.
