On our buying trip to this famous appellation last fall we made some fantastic new
discoveries, and we would like to invite you to a fun and informal tasting so we can share
these exciting new finds with you. Each of the wines being poured has come direct from its
respective domaine, and represents superb value.
The soils of Chablis are comprised of limestone and ancient fossils which, combined with
Chablis' northerly latitude, produce very food-friendly wines with great freshness, a solid ridge
of acidity and a steely minerality.
If you are looking for some perfect summer drinking wines, then this is the tasting for you!
