TITRE DU POSTE: Technicien de soutien SECTEUR D’ACTIVITÉ: Programme de gestion de l’information et de technologie de l’information DIRECTION: ECS, ICP GESTIONNAIRE: Pam Brunette George NOMBRE DE POSTES: 2 postes LOCATION: GRC DG à Ottawa (1200 Vanier) DURÉE DE L’EMPLOI: mai-août 2017 ou septembre-décembre 2017 **Doit être un citoyen canadien pour appliquer La section de l’accès aux entreprises et la gestion des identités de la GRC recherche une ressource pour combler le poste de technicien(e) de soutien au sein de l'unité de l’infrastructure à la Clé Publique. ACTIVITÉS PRINCIPALES Sous la supervision du superviseur de l'ICP, ce rôle aura les fonctions suivantes: 1. Fournir un support technique de deuxième niveau et une aide en administration au groupe d’Infrastructure à clé publique, autorité de certification (GRC ICP CA), de la GRC, incluant la création, la distribution, le suivi, la récupération et l’audit des clés et changements de noms distinctifs. 2. Fournir un soutien de deuxième niveau en analysant à clients et résoudre les différents problèmes liés aux certificats ICP pour les clients internes et externes. 3. Aider à effectuer des examens de sécurité sur les incidents et les carences liées à la sécurité 4. Fournir un soutien à la clientèle sur place, selon les besoins. 5. Gérer et prioriser les demandes au sein du système de gestion des incidents de la GRC. 6. Fournit un soutien technique et de contrôle d'accès aux applications nationales aux utilisateurs de la GRC et aux partenaires extérieurs. Cela inclut la création de compte, la suppression, la modification, les réinitialisations de mot de passe, et l'accès basé sur les rôles. CONDITIONS D'EMPLOI: 1. Le candidat doit être en cours de compétition d’un baccalauréat ou un diplôme d'études collégiales en science de l‘ informatique ou autre domaine comparable en informatique. 2. KEY ACTIVITIES Under the guidance of the PKI supervisor, this role will have the following duties; 1. Provides second level technical support and administration of RCMP Public Key Infrastructure Certificate Authority (RCMP PKI CA) including creations, distribution, tracking, recovery, audits and revocation of keys and distinguished name changes. 2. Provides second level user support by analyzing and resolving various issues related to PKI certificates for both internal and external clients. 3. Assists in performing security reviews on security related incidents and deficiencies 4. Provide on-site client support, as needed. 5. Manage and prioritize requests within the RCMP incident management system. 6. Provides Technical Support and Access Control to National Applications to RCMP users and external partners. This includes account creation, deletion, modification, password resets, and role based access. EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: 1. The applicant must be completing a Bachelor’s or College degree in a computer science or computer related field. 2. The applicant must be bilingual (BBB). 3. The applicant must obtain a RCMP top secret clearance. 4. The applicant must be a Canadian Citizen.
