ENTERING PORTAVENTURA PARK WITH FOOD FOR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS

We wish to remind you that internal regulations prohibit the entry of food and drink into the park.
If you wish to bring special food due to allergy or intolerance issues, you must complete the attached form and present it
as you enter the park, together with a medical certificate indicating the allergy or intolerance.
As indicated on the form, PortAventura will not be responsible under any circumstances for the correct storage of these
products until the time of consumption, and this must be dealt with by the client.
If you are staying in one of our hotels, please notify us of your allergy or intolerance when making the booking so that we
can send to you the specific hotel form.
For more information or to make a booking, contact customer services by telephoning 902 20 22 20 or by sending an
e-mail to [email protected]. You can also book a table at our park restaurants by filling in and submitting
the following form.
* In PortAventura Resort first aid medical services are available during the park’s opening hours.

produits jusqu’au moment de leur consommation, ce que doit garantir le client lui-même.
Si vous êtes hébergé dans l’un de nos hôtels, veuillez s’il vous plaît nous faire part de votre allergie ou de votre intolérance
au moment d’effectuer la réservation, nous vous ferons ainsi parvenir le formulaire spécifique pour les hôtels.
