Valras-Plage has all the charm of Deauville and Biarritz. This former fishing village, located at the mouth of the river Orb
has kept its charm of yesteryear with its waterfront, its beautiful villas of the turn of the century, its traditional market hall
and Casino.
Valras-Plage has become a modern seaside resort with excellent tourist facilities, water oriented activities and lots of
events. Away from the usual tourist destinations, Valras-Plage is a lively and harmonious place in which to live or to visit.
If fishing and the sea bathing dear to the Dukes of Berry were the wealth of Valras-Plage in the past, it is tourism which
allowed the town to develop.

- Open from 1 October to 31 March: from 10 am to 1 am and from 2 pm to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday
- Open from 1 April to 31 May: from 9 am to 6 pm everyday
- Open from June to September: from 9 am to 7 pm everyday
