District 2: Vingtaine du Rouge Bouillon, and 5 Vingtaine de Bas du Mont au Prêtre, in the Parish of St. Helier. HELIER Page - 2 P.64/2013 Amd.(2)Amd. 5” REPORT Since lodging my initial amendment I have been able to obtain from the records held by the States Greffe the number of eligible voters for each Vingtaine, and in order to balance the 3 Districts as closely as possible, delete Vingtaine Haut du Mont au Prêtre from St. Helier District 2 and insert it in St. Helier District 1 as illustrated below. Financial and manpower implications The change in the proposed boundaries has no additional resource implications beyond those set out in my amendment (P.64/2013 Amd(2)).
