Fall Bureau : A-3690 Téléphone : 514 987-3000, # 3248 Descriptif du cours Analyse des principaux organismes internationaux non gouvernementaux : entreprises transnationales, internationales syndicales et politiques, organisations non gouvernementales de caractère culturel, scientifique, religieux et leur rôle dans la politique internationale. Objectif du cours Étude des forces et entités transnationales et du rôle qu’elles jouent dans la vie politique et dans la «mondialisation». Rendre intelligibles les phénomènes supranationaux et parfois infranationaux découlant de l’action de ces forces transnationales qui échappe au cadre étatique. Saisir comment les acteurs transnationaux, à but lucratif ou non, influencent désormais la scène politique mondiale. Objectifs spécifiques Acquérir une connaissance de base des principaux acteurs transnationaux. Les flux transnationaux et l’avènement d’une politique transnationale semblent venir à bout du peu d’étanchéité qui subsistait dans des sphères classiques de la science politique spécialisée en relations internationales. Une approche multidisciplinaire des entités transnationales permet d'appréhender la complexité de leur fonction, évolution, rôle et impact. Légales ou illégales, ces entités influencent la mondialisation, le système international, l'État, les organisations internationales, les acteurs infra étatiques (individus, groupes, sociétés), la culture et l’écosystème planétaire. Déroulement pédagogique Cours magistraux et interactifs articulés sur les lectures obligatoires et l'analyse du recueil de texte et de films documentaires. Le plan et la méthodologie retenus s’imposent par commodité afin de mieux systématiser ces phénomènes transnationaux. Une société civile mondiale? Évaluation A) Par division alphabétique, quatre groupes de lecture et d’analyse sont désignés. Chaque semaine, après le premier mois de cours, l’un d’eux présentera un des documents de lecture obligatoires. Il animera la discussion avec le reste de la classe, répond à ses questions et à celles de l’enseignant. Note de présentation et de participation individuelle 20%. B) Une fiche de lecture d’un des articles assignés différent de celui exposé en classe (4 pages dactylographiées maximum) Cette fiche succincte de lecture doit comprendre : 1) La problématique, les hypothèses et la thèse soutenues. 2) les perspectives que ces propositions suscitent 3) une comparaison avec d'autres hypothèses existantes. 4) une discussion critique sur les mérites et les limites de l’article. (À remettre après la semaine de lecture, 35 % de la note finale) C) Un examen final en classe sur l’intégralité de la matière étudiée. 3 questions tirées au hasard sur 5 soumises trois semaines à l’avance. Sans notes de cours, cet exercice individuel de compréhension, de synthèse et d’argumentation est rédigé sur le mode dissertation : Introduction Développement- Conclusion. La Politique 16 identifie les comportements suivants comme du harcèlement sexuel : 1. Manifestations persistantes ou abusives d’un intérêt sexuel non désirées. 2. Remarques, commentaires, allusions, plaisanteries ou insultes persistants à caractère sexuel portant atteinte à un environnement propice au travail ou à l’étude. 3. Avances verbales ou propositions insistantes à caractère sexuel non désirées. 4. Avances physiques, attouchements, frôlements, pincements, baisers non désirés. 5. Promesses de récompense ou menaces de représailles, implicites ou explicites, représailles liées à l’acceptation ou au refus d’une demande d’ordre sexuel. 6. Actes de voyeurisme ou d’exhibitionnisme. 7. Manifestations de violence physique à caractère sexuel ou imposition d’une intimité sexuelle non voulue. 8. PLAGIAT Règlement no. 18 sur les infractions de nature académique Tout acte de plagiat, fraude, copiage, tricherie ou falsification de document commis par une étudiante, un étudiant, de même que toute participation à ces actes ou tentative de les commettre, à l’occasion d’un examen ou d’un travail faisant l’objet d’une évaluation ou dans toute autre circonstance, constituent une infraction au sens de ce règlement. Pour plus d’information sur les infractions académiques et comment les prévenir : www.integrite.uqam.ca ENTENTE D’ÉVALUATION 6.4 Modalités d'application de l'évaluation et de la notation a) Si un examen fait partie des modalités d'évaluation, il ne peut intervenir dans le résultat global pour plus de cinquante pour cent (50%). Les autres éléments d'évaluation ne sont pas assujettis à cette disposition ; b) si l'évaluation porte sur un unique travail de trimestre, la production de ce travail doit donner lieu à plus d'une évaluation et à l'attribution d'une notation d'étape ; c) au fur et à mesure que sont effectuées les évaluations et notations d’étape, l’étudiante, l’étudiant doit en être informé. 6.9.2 Objet de l’entente d’évaluation Compte tenu de ces informations, une entente doit intervenir entre la professeure, le professeur, la chargée de cours, le chargé de cours, la, le maître de langues responsable du groupe-cours et les étudiantes, étudiants inscrits à ce groupe-cours sur les aspects particuliers suivants : a) le nombre et les échéances des évaluations; b) la pondération respective des contenus ou objets d'évaluation dans l'évaluation globale. Cette entente doit respecter les modalités et échéances déjà établies, lorsque s'effectue une évaluation commune à plusieurs groupes d'un même cours. 6.9.3 Procédure Cette entente doit être consignée et doit intervenir dans les deux semaines qui suivent le début officiel des cours (ou dans un laps de temps proportionnel s'il s'agit d'un cours à horaire spécial).
