Budi™ - The Saga6 and Homere Bulk Importer/Dispatcher
DESCRIPTION
Budi™ is a web application used by an organization’s head quarter to receive and automatically dispatch files
from field offices to Saga6 and Homere centralized databases.
APPLICATIONS
The typical application of Budi™ is to validate
and dispatch files to various applications from a
central repository such as EpiFiles™. Specifically,
this would be the automatic validation and
dispatching of various file types (backups,
provisional/file writings, PER files, etc.) from the
various field offices to a centralized Saga6 or
Homere database.
In addition to using the automation of Budi™,
the application EpiFiles™ will allow manual file
transfers between Internet-connected field
offices and the organization’s headquarter.
EpiFiles™ is a secure file exchange web
application with e-mail notifications.
Budi™ is an application that can poll a Voozanoo™ application, via a small scripting language, to see if there are
files that need to be dispatched to Saga6 or Homere centralized databases.
Dispatched files are then processed directly by the centralized Saga6 or Homere databases the same way as they
are treated by the head quarter staff.
The Budi™ tasks are programmed by the head quarter (we recommend setting it to a nightly execution).
The Budi™ logs allow headquarter staff to have a clear history of the tasks executed and on which files.

Pricing model: Budi™ is priced as SaaS (Software as a Service) at 100€ per month (VAT additional) for one interface
(Saga6 or Homere). Installation on your server / training – 914€(VAT additional).

Budi™ - Le Bulk Import Dispatcher pour Saga6 et Homere
DESCRIPTION
Budi™ est une application web utilisée au siège pour recevoir et importer automatiquement les fichiers envoyés
par les terrains dans la base centralisée Saga6 ou Homere.
APPLICATION
L’utilisation classique de Budi™ consiste à traiter
automatiquement l’ensemble des fichiers
envoyés par les terrains (sauvegardes, fichier
d’écritures
provisoires/définitives,
fichiers
PER…), de les valider et de les distribuer vers les
bases centralisées Saga6 ou Homere.
En complément de Budi™, EpiFiles™ peut
permettre au terrain de transférer les fichiers au
siège de l’organisation. EpiFiles™ est une
plateforme sécurisée d’échanges de fichiers
avec notification d’envoi via email.
Budi™ interroge à intervalles planifiés une
application Voozanoo™ qui détermine si des
fichiers sont à distribuer aux bases centralisées
Sag6 ou Homere.
Les fichiers distribués sont alors traités directement par Saga6 ou Homere en utilisant les méthodes et les
traitements adaptés.
L’activation de Budi™ est planifiée sur une période paramétrée par le siège (nous conseillons la nuit).
Les logs de Budi™ permettent aux référents sièges d’avoir une vision claire de l’état des traitements.

 Bulk Import : Import en masse automatique des fichiers collectés dans la base centrale
 Dispatcher : Distribution des fichiers et orchestration des tâches de Saga6 et Homere
 EpiFiles : Une plateforme d’échanges de fichiers sécurisés entre le siège et tout ordinateur connecté (ce module
peut être utilisé seul uniquement comme plateforme d’échange sécurisé – nous consulter pour plus de
renseignements)
