PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
Passionné par l’architecture, le titulaire du poste sera en charge de développer des concepts
d’architecture, de design intérieur et d’aménagement urbain. Il devra travailler en équipe et mettre à
profit ses compétences pour exécuter les tâches qui lui seront confiées telles que :






Conception 2D/3D de projets d’envergure
Modélisation 3D des concepts proposés
Préparer des dossiers de présentations aux clients (Suite Adobe, PowerPoint, etc)
Coordonner le travail des différents professionnels impliqués
Participer aux concours d'architecture
Participer aux réunions de conception
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
 Détenir une formation universitaire en architecture
 Posséder entre 5 et 9 années d’expérience pertinente en architecture et en design urbain
 Maîtriser les logiciels AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup, Suite Adobe
 buConnaissance de Revit, Rhino, Grasshoper sont des atouts importants
 Capacité à passer du processus d’idéation à la réalisation des projets
 Avoir une approche rigoureuse et créative dans le processus de conception
 Posséder une bonne autonomie dans le développement du design de projet
 Expérience en projets mixtes, commercial et résidentiel, est un atout
 Intérêt pour la modélisation 3D et visualisation d’architecture
 Intérêt pour le développement durable, certification LEED est un atout
 Posséder une excellente connaissance du français et l’anglais

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the partner – LemayLAB, the candidate must be passionate about architecture. The candidate will
be in charge of developing architectural, interior design and urban planning concepts. They will need to work in
a team and apply their skills to executing the following tasks:
2D/3D design of major projects
3D modeling of proposed designs
Preparing presentations to clients (Adobe suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
Coordinating the work of various professionals
Participating in architecture competitions
Participating in design meetings
QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in architecture
Between 5 and 9 years of relevant experience in architecture and urban design
Mastery of AutoCAD, 3DMax, Sketchup, Adobe suite
Knowledge of Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper valuable
Ability to move from the ideation to creation
Precise and creative design approach
Independence in developing project design
Experience in mixed commercial/residential projects an advantage
Interest in 3D modeling and architecture visualization
Interest in sustainable development, with LEED certification an advantage
Excellent knowledge of French and English
