SIAL INNOVATION 2012 AWARDS were given to: Kit à Tarte en boîte fer – a kit containing a precooked savoury pancake, baking paper and a wooden ring serving as a tart tin to produce a sophisticated dessert, a large share left to the cook’s imagination, by GOULIBEUR (FRA), Freshburst Gastropaint – a sauce with a brush provided to paint plates, by IMAGINATIVE CUISINE (GBR), Huile de Homard – lobster oil by GROIX & NATURE (FRA), Les Berlingots du Calanquet –seasoning in individual 10ml sachets by CALANQUET (FRA), Liquid Salt – select quality salt in spray form presented in a 100ml container by MENGAZZOLI (ITA), and Minioliva – 100% natural seasoning in individual olive-shaped containers by ALCALA OLIVA SA (ESP).
