Two-Needle, Four-Thread, 401 Stitch,
Heavy-Duty Bag Seaming Machine
with Upper & Lower Feed
For seaming evenly matched plies on woven
polypropylene container bags when attaching
belts/bands; also for attaching filling and discharging
tubes, and inserting top covers. Both styles have a
built-in mechanically driven thread chain cutter, and
include guides to insert a filler cord from the top
and/or below.
The 80700CD4 features an electro-pneumatic
pressure/lifter mechanism for the presser foot and
upper feed dog.
The 80700CD3 is especially suited to onsite
installation of artifical turf.
80700 styles are redesigned with the upper feed
mechanism now located inside the machine casting,
which results in more working space under the arm.

Especially for the circular operations of attaching filling and
discharging tubes, it is recommended to install an 80700 machine
on a pedestal as a free arm-machine. Union Special offers pedestal
PN282A for a perfect fit with the 80700 for making container bags.
Includes needle positioner. Please specify the necessary motor
and footlift setup when ordering.
