ANWENDUNG
Unser intelligenter PEUX Dispenser wurde entwickelt, um eine effiziente Ordnung, beim Verstauen der “Vorfach-Spitzen”- Vorfächer zu erhalten. Er
wurde so durchdacht, dass man ihn nicht mehr zu öffnen braucht, um die Spulen aufzufüllen. Die einzelnen Spulen lassen sich von aussen her mit
dem beigefügten Schlüssel aufladen. Der PEUX DISPENSER ist mit vier Indikatoren ausgestattet, welche in Funktion treten, sobald die Spule voll ist.
DAS FÜLLEN DER SPULEN
1- Verschraubung der gewünschten Spule leicht lösen, damit es zu keiner Bremswirkung kommt. (Abbildung 1)
2- Die innere Spulenbohrung in die Achse der Verschraubung setzen. (Abbildung 2)
3- Mittels einer Nadel wird die Schnur durch beide hindurchgefädelt. (Abbildung 2)
4- Einige Knoten verhindern , dass die Schnur zurückgleitet. (Abbildung 2)
5- Setzen Sie nun den mitgelieferten Ladeschlüssel in die Spulen-Nut ein. (Abbildung 3)
6- Drehen Sie gemäss markiertem Pfeil in die angezeigte Richtung, um die Spule zu laden. (Abbildung 3)
7- Drehen Sie nun die obere Verschraubung leicht fest, bis Sie einen leichten Widerstand beim Schnurabziehen verspüren,
und nehmen Sie den Ladeschlüssel ab. Den Vorgang bei jeder Spule wiederholen.
NÜTZLICHE HINWEISE
Nach ca. 40 Umdrehungen sollten Sie einige kleine Knoten in die Schnur machen.
Diese werden Sie rechtzeitig darauf hinweisen, dass es Zeit ist, die Spule wieder zu laden.
1- Verknüpfen Sie die alte Schnur mit der neuen.
2- Lösen Sie die Verschraubung.
3- Setzen Sie den Ladeschlüssel in die gewünschte Spulen-Nut.
4- Drehen Sie nun in die angezeigte Richtung.
5- Am Schluss drehen Sie die Verschraubung wieder sachte zu, bis Sie einen feinen Druck verspüren.
Danach nehmen Sie den Ladeschlüssel aus der Nut.

APPLICATION
Our intelligent PEUX dispenser is developed for improved efficiency and to reach order when storing the “line leaders”.In such a way one
does not need to open any longer the dispenser to reload the coils. The individual coils can be loaded simply from the outside
with the included special tool. Each individual coil presents an indicator, which signs that the coil is full. Therefore overfilling not possible.
LOADING THE COILS
1- Un tighten the screw connections of the desired coil slightly. (Illustration 1)
2- Orienting it the internal coil hole in the axle of the screw connection. (Illustration 2)
3- With help of a needle pull the line is through. (Illustration 2)
4- Tie a knot, so that the line cannot slip back any longer. (Illustration 2)
5- Fit now the provided load key into the desired coil groove. (Illustration 3)
6- To load the coils turn the coil in direction of the arrow marked on the coil. (Illustration 3)
7- Tighten now slightly the upper screw connection easily until to you can feel a slight resistance when line is taken off.
Now take the load key from the groove.
USEFUL TIPS
After having loaded about 40 revolutions you should make a small node into the line. This will remind you in time to reload the coils again.
1- Link the end of the remaining line with the new one.
2- Un tighten the screw connection.
3- Fix the load key into the desired coil groove.
4- Turn now into the indicated direction.
5- At the end tighten the screw connection slightly (the line must be slightly braked).
Afterwards take of the load key from the groove and your ready to go!

USO
PEUX dispenser è stato studiato per semplificare al massimo tutto quanto riguarda lo stoccaggio dei terminali. La carica del filo avviene
senza dover smontare l’involucro protettivo delle spolette; grazie al trascinatore potete caricare e ricaricare il filo in pochissimo tempo. PEUX
dispenser è dotato di quattro indicatori di carica i quali entrano in funzione al momento che la spoletta ha raggiunto la sua carica massima.
COME SI CARICA IL FILO
1- allentare l’ugello per far si che la spoletta non sia frenata (illustrazione 1)
2- orientare il foro della spoletta in asse con il foro dell’ ugello (illustrazione 2)
3- con l’ausilio di un’ ago far passare il filo attraverso ugello e foro della spoletta (illustrazione 2)
4- fare alcuni nodi sul filo fintanto che lo stesso non fuoriesca (illustrazione 2-a)
5- inserire il trascinatore (illustrazione 3) nella cava della spoletta da caricare
6- ruotare il trascinatore nella direzione della freccia (illustrazione 3)
7- al termine chiudete l’ ugello fino a che il filo rimane sensibilmente frenato e togliere il trascinatore
Ripetete l’ operazione alle altre spolette.
CONSIGLI UTILI
Dopo avere caricato 40 giri di spoletta, consigliamo di fare alcuni nodi sul filo i quali indicheranno che è giunta l’ ora di aggiungere nuovo filo.
1- annodare del nuovo filo
2- allentare l’ ugello
3- inserire il trascinatore nella cava della spoletta da caricare
4- con l’aiuto di una matita, ruotere il trascinatore nella direzione della freccia (illustrazione 3)
5- al termine chiudete l’ugello fino a che il filo rimane sensibilmente frenato e togliere il trascinatore

EMPLOIS
Le distributeur de fils PEUX a été étudié pour simplifier au maximum le stockage des fils de pointes. Le chargement et rechargement des
bobines individuelles se fait rapidement sans démonter le boîtier protecteur grâce à l’entraîneur de bobine. Le distributeur PEUX est doté en
outre d’un dispositif tactile qui indique pour chaque bobine le moment ou la charge maxima est atteinte.
COMMENT CHARGER LE FIL
1- Tourner la molette du dispositif de sortie de fil pour libérer la bobine. (Voir illustration 1)
2- Aligner le trou de la bobine avec celui du dispositif de sortie. (Voir illustration 2)
3- A laide d’une aiguille faire passer le fil a travers le dispositif de sortie et le trou de la bobine.
4- Faire un nœud sur le fil pour l’empêcher de repasser le trou de la bobine.
5- Insérer l’entraîneur sur la face interne de la bobine à charger. (Voir illustration 3)
6- Faire tourner l’entraîneur dans le sens indique par les flèches marquées sur le boîtier.
7- A la fin du chargement, tourner la molette du dispositif de sortie en sens inverse afin de freiner la bobine et retirer l’entraîneur
Répéter l’opération pour charger les autres bobines.
CONSEIL UTILE
Après une trentaine de révolution de l’entraîneur, il est judicieux de faire un nœud de repérage indiquant qu’il est temps de recharger.
Pour ce faire:
1- Nouer un nouveau fil.
2- Dessérer la molette du dispositif de sortie.
3- Inserer l’entraîneur sur la face interne de la bobine à charger.
4- A l’aide d'un crayon, faire tourner l’entraîneur dans le sens de chargement (illustration 3).
5- A la fin du chargement, tourner la molette pour freiner la bobine, et retirer l’entraîneur.
