STEPHEN M CHADWICK Dr. Stephen Chadwick is a Consultant Orthodontist at the Countess of Chester NHS Trust and Academic lead for the postgraduate orthodontic course in the University of Manchester UK. He is an examiner at the Royal College of surgeons for MOrth in Edinburgh and IMOrth in London but is also head of the examiners for the diploma in orthodontic therapy at the London college. PROGRAMME 09h00 Alternative treatments for Class II cases: growth modification, orthodontic treatment on an extraction and non extraction basis, orthognathic surgery.
