Rohan Hill is a lawyer in McMillan's Vancouver office in the firm’s
Advocacy and Litigation group. He has experience in a broad
range of areas, including civil litigation and commercial disputes,
internet and technology, defamation, environmental regulation,

In addition to his litigation practice Rohan engages in
complementary privacy and environmental law practices. He
advises clients on data use and protection, privacy, and CASL
compliance matters and on various aspects of provincial and
federal freedom of / access to information regimes. Rohan has
experience working on matters involving environmental
assessment review panels, environmental litigation, and various
aspects of environmental regulation generally.
