I am forwarding this message on from a friend in the Hambacher Forest,
who is calling out for desperate help in the coming times. It seems like
this time will be coming intense, severe evictions and cuttings which
will result in more escalations. They want to cut half of the remaining
forest, and almost all the occupations. I am too far now to help, but
I'm sure each person who arrives will be welcomed and there's tons to
do, in whatever you like to do. I have added a (bad) French version of
the call out, and if anyone feels to forward this onto others, or add it
to a website, they are welcome. Don't let them kill one of the oldest
remaining forests in western europe without a fight. Don't let them
destroy what we've built, lived, and loved in. At least not without a
fight.
To many friends that I am not the best at keeping in touch with, but
this will be coming soon. Just go to the forest! I am over the big water
now, and it kills me not to be there.

Dear friends,
if you've following the Hambach Forest blog (hambachforest.blogsport.de)
you might read about the things RWE is planning to do in the next two
last month of cutting season (january & february 2016). If not read the
following alerted.
In the passed three month they already cut down a lot of the forest and
three People sat in jail for 1 1/2, one even for 2 1/2 month.
Fortunately they are out again.
But the cutting season is not finished jet and it will go on until the
end of February 2016! Officially we know that they're planning to build
two pumpstations to pump away the groundwater to continue the lignite
mining of the biggest open cast mine in Europe and as well a station to
take samples of the ground in "our" part of the forest (for those who
know the forest: they wanna build one of the stations at the central (so
called) jesus point!!!). Someone who might be an security-insider even
wrote us that they want to cut half of the left bit of the forest which
includes most of the current occupations!
Of course we're not going to just look at them while they're doing that.
If we want it or not, escalation is most likely. We already build a
platform in the trees they wanna cut. But unfortunately we are not many
people to defend the forest directly! So we're desperately asking for
people to come here and involve them self in any way! We need people who
are up for keeping them from coming into the forest, for occupying the
platforms and treehouses, for thinking about what can be done to block
them, for keeping the infrastructure on the meadow running, for telling
others about the situation (directly and with spreading flyers and doing
informationevents) ...
please think about if you're able to come during these two month (and do
if possible!), maybe even with a group of comrades!
From the 22.-31. of January there is also a actionweek but we need
people here during the whole period so don't put much more attention to
the actionweek than to the whole two month.
And please spread the word!

si vous etes en courrant du blog de la forêt d'Hambach
(hambacherforst.blogsport.de), vous pourriez lire un peu sur les choses
que RWE envisage de faire dans les mois qui arrivent (janvier et
fevrier 2016). Si non, ce qui suit alerte:
Dans les trois mois passés, ils ont déjà coupé beaucoup de la forêt, et
trois ami(e)s ont passe 1.5 et 2.5 mois en prison. Heuresement ils sont
tous libre maintenant.
Mais la saison de coupage n'est pas finit encore et elle ira jusqu'à la
fin
de fevrier 2016! Officiellement, on sait qu'ils ont l'intention de
construire deux stations de pompage pour pomper l'eau souterraine pour
continuer l'exploitation miniere de la plus grande mine à ciel ouvert de
charbon d'Europe. Aussi ils veulent construire une station pour
tester les echantillons de terre de notre "parte" de la foret (pour ceux
qui
connaissent la forêt, ils veulent construire un station a "Jesus
Point").
Quelqu'un qui pourrait être une sécurité initié a nous écrit qu'ils
veulent couper la moitié de la forêt qui reste, qui inclut la plupart de
notre occupations!!
Bien sûr, on ne va pas simplement les regarder pendant qu'ils font
cela, et si on le voulions ou non, l'escalade est le plus probable. On a
deja construire une platforme dans une arbre qu'ils veulent couper. Mais
malheureusement, nous ne sommes assez nombreux
pour défendre cette forêt directement! Donc, nous faisons un appel pour
que
les gens viennent ici et s'impliquent de n'importe quel façons
! Pour defendre la foret, la terre,l'air,l'eau,
contre RWE et son monde!
Nous avons besoin de personnes qui restent sur place pour la sécurité,
les flics
et les machines d'entrer dans la forêt, pour occuper les platforms et
les cabines dans les arbres,
pour réfléchir à tout ce qui peut être fait pour les bloquer, pour
continuer l'infastructure de
la pré occupation, pour informmer de tout que ce qui ce passe ici (par
media,
affiches, info nuits etc). Si vous plait, réfléchissez à venir dans ces
deux
mois (Janvier et fevrier 2016), et c'est encore mieux si c'est avec une
groupe des camarades!
Du 22 au 31 de Janvier il y aura une semaine d'action, mais on a
toujours besoin
d'aide, et surtout dans ces deux mois où il y a moins de
personnes. Et s'il vous plait, faites passer la message!

wenn du den Hambacher Forst Blog (hambacherforst.blogsport.de) verfolgt
hast hast du wahrscheinlich schon gelesen was RWE für die kommenden zwei
letzten Monate (Januar und Februar 2016) der Rodungsseason geplant hat.
Wenn nicht, ließ das folgende aufmerksam!
In den letzten drei Monaten haben sie schon viel Wald gefällt und drei
Leute saßen in U-Haft für 1 1/2, einer sogar für 2 1/2 Monate.
Sie sind zum Glück alle wieder frei.
Aber die Rodungsseason ist noch nicht zuende und die Fällungen werden
weiter gehen bis Ende Februar 2016!
Offiziell wissen wir dass sie zwei Pumpstationen (um das Grundwasser ab
zu pumpen um den Braunkohleabbau in Europas größtem Tagebau
weiterzuführen) und außerdem eine Probebohrstation in "unserem" Teil des
Waldes bauen wollen (für die die den Wald kennen: eine Station soll am
zentralen Jesus Punkt gebaut werden!).
Einer der wahrscheinlich ein Security-Insider ist hat uns geschrieben
dass sie sogar mehr als die Hälfte des noch übrigen Waldes roden wollen
welcher die meisten Besetzungen miteinbezieht!
Natürlich werden wir nicht einfach zukucken wenn sie dass tun. Ob wir
wollen oder nicht wird es wahrscheinlich Eskalationen geben.
Wir haben schon Plattformen in die Bäume gebaut die sie fällen wollen.
Aber leider sind wir nicht genug Leute um den Wald direkt zu
verteidigen! Deshalb bitten wir dringend Leute hier her zu kommen um
sich in irgendeiner Weise einzubringen!
Wir brauchen Leute die versuchen zu verhindern, dass sie in den Wald
kommen, die Plattformen und Baumhäuser besetzten, die darüber nachdenken
wie sie blockiert werden können, die Infrastruktur aufm Camp am laufen
zu halten, die anderen mitteilen was abgeht (direkt in Gesprächen und
indem Flyer verteilt und Infoveranstaltungen gemacht werden) ...
Bitte versuche in diesen zwei Monaten her zu kommen, vielleicht mit
einer Gruppe Kumpanen!
Vom 22.-31. Januar gibts eine Aktionswoche aber wir brauchen Leute
wärend der ganzen Zeit also beachte die Aktionswoche nicht unbedingt
mehr als die gesamten zwei Monate.
Und bitte erzähl allen davon!
