UTILIZATION :
Utilisables en position verticale, ces thermoplongeurs sont utiles pour le
chauffage d’huiles, d’eaux ou de bains alcalins.
Usable in vertical position, these removable heaters are usefull to heat oils,
waters or alkaline baths.
CONSTITUTION :

Ces thermoplongeurs sont constitués d’une résistance sur barillets type 1005
logée dans un tube en acier métallisé alumininum.
Les connexions s’effectuent dans un boitier IP555 en polyamide 6/6 chargé
verre avec presse-étoupe N° 16.
They are constituted with a ceramic core type 1005 inserted in a steel tube
which is protected with an aluminium metallization.
The connections are made in a terminal box IP555 in polyamid 6/6 loaded
glass with an electric gland Nr 16.

• des tensions spéciales : 230 V triphasé à partir de 2000 W
400 V monophasé à partir de 1000 W
400 V triphasé à partir de 3000 W
• des cotes Ht et Lc spéciales (longueur maximum du tube = 6 m)
Beside the standard models, we can manufacture :
• spécial powers (up to 10 kW in 400 V - 3 phases)
• special voltages : 230 V - 3 phases beginning at 2000 W
400 V - single phase beginning at 1000 W
400 V - 3 phases beginning at 3000 W
• special sizes Ht and Lc (maximum tube length = 6 m)

Le niveau minimum du bain doit impérativement être situé 20 mm minimum
au dessus de la partie chauffante.

Par précaution, il est souhaitable d’ajouter la puissance et les caractéristiques
principales.

Corps en acier - Ht = 450 - Lc = 350.

But it is better if you can add the power and the main characteristics.
