In order to provide the distribution of urea (AdBlue) with rigid or trailer trucks, alma offers the
adequate range of electronic stainless steel turbine-meters which allows gravity, pumped or
mixed metering solutions.
Really easy to install on any kind of tank truck, light and of smart overall dimensions, these
high-performance metering assemblies allow AdBlue logistics optimization.
The current version of the turbine is agreed for metrology purposes to be used with urea
(AdBlue).
Based on classical metered delivery solutions, these metering devices utilize specific sensors
fitted to this product, especially :

a liquid detector with stainless steel housing

This CMA configuration is ideal for fitting trucks dedicated to small quantities deliveries into
filling stations or to the transport companies.
As the gas separator becomes useless, the product holding is reduced and the draining and
rinsing operations are simplified.
With a standard DN 32 (NPS 1-1/4"), the resulting flow will be in the order of 25 m3/h
(400l/min). The pump is controlled by the electronics which preset the quantity of product to be
delivered, and monitors the flow control as well.
The printer provides the editing of bills of delivery and daily operations summaries.

This gravity metering device of a GRAVICOMPT type, allows the manufacturing of rigid or
trailer trucks able to deliver into underground stationary tank, metering product during the flow,
with possibility to preset quantity to be delivered.
