parc de jeux conventionnés
avec l’hotel, et golf à troux à
3 km.

L’hotel sarà interamente rinnovato ed ampliato per la stagione 2005. Verrà costruito il 4° piano con
Suites panoramiche di 38,50 mq. con ampio balcone e finestra. Sul lato est verranno costruite delle
(family rooms) comunicanti per famiglie. Al piano a giorno verranno ampliate e rinnovate la Hall, il
Ricevimento, il Bar e il Ristorante. Tutta la struttura verrà eseguita con tecnologie moderne nel pieno rispetto della sicurezza, dell’ambiente ed dell’ecocompatibilità. In un secondo momento è prevista la costruzione di una piscina, lido con sotto garage e giardino riservato esclusivamente agli ospiti dell’Hotel. L’ospite potrà scegliere tra 4-5 tipi di accomodazione e di prezzi.

der 4. Etage, in der Sie 38,50 qm groß, mit großzugigem Balkon ausgestattete Panorama-Suiten vorfinden werden. Die an der Ostseite gelegenen Zimmer werden wir mit Verbindungstür ausstatten, so
daß sie vor allem für Familien besonders geeignet sein werden. Zusätzlich werdenwir die Gemeinschafträume und zwar die Hall, die Rezeption, die Bar sowie das Restaurant ausbauen und neu einrichten. Das Bauprojekt wird durch den Eisatz von modernen Technologien und unter Beachtung der
europäischen Sicherheitsnormen durchgefuuhrt, wobei ausschließlich umweltfreundliche Materialien verwendet werden. Zu einemspäteren Zeitpunkt istder Bau eines Pools vorgesehen sowie einer
Tiefgarage bzw. eines ausschließlich für die Hotelgäste reservieten Gartens. der Gast wird zwischen
4-5 verschiedenen Zimmertypen zu entsprechenden Preisen wählen können.

Sur le côté est, des family rooms communicantes seront construites pour les familles. Au rez-de-chaussée, le hall, la réception, le bar et le restaurant seront agrandis et rénovés. L'ensemble sera réalisé avec des techniques modernes dans le
respect des normes de sécurité, d'environnement et d‚éco-compatibilité. Dans une phase ultérieure,
nous prévoyons la construction d‚une piscine et d‚un garage souterrain ainsi que l‚aménagement
d‚un jardin réservé exclusivement aux clients de l'hôtel. Nos clients pourront choisir entre 4-5 types
de logements et de prix.

A 4th floor will be built with 38,5 sq.m panoramic suites fit with large balconies and windows. On the
East side, communicating family rooms will be built for families. On the ground floor, the hall, the reception, the bar and the restaurant will be renewed and extended. For the whole structure, modern
technologies will be used in the full respect of safety, environment and eco-compatibility. In a second
phase, we plan the construction of a swimming pool, an underground parking and a private garden
for the hotel guests. Our guests will be offered 4 or 5 types of accomodation and prices.
