On behalf of the Officers and Board for Huntsville Chapter of Association of Energy
Engineers, I want to again extend our thanks to you for speaking at our September
monthly Chapter meeting on September 3, 2013. Your presentation on the Judgment
Index and Engagement was well received, thought provoking and inspired us to apply
this tool in our organizations. We have a tendency to focus on the technical aspects of our
organizations but this tool provides a fresh perspective on how “people” with the good
judgment can maximize performance and provide bottom line results. This kind of
innovation could assist each of us in assessing the quality of good judgment in our key
employees and prospective new hires.
