in the air or juggling three knives on a ten foot ladder!This orange and black frog
entertains in French or in English with his outrageous accent. Danger, skills and
comedy guaranteed!"

Zanzibar is a circus artist and a street performer, who has a 20 years experience performing in 13
countries and 4 continents. The show combines comedy, juggling, object manipulation , balancing,
danger and crowd interaction.
The act has been evolving for 14 years, the artist always improvise to keep the show alive and to
keep the control of the performance's rythm.
Technically it's a real circus performance juggling 3 diabolos , high in the air or spinning on the
string and also the grand finale juggling machetes ontop of a 10 ft circus ladder.
The aim of the show is to entertain, make laugh , impress and to get the audience involved. In order
to do that the comedian uses all his expertise.

Short biography :
first streetshows in France with friends in 1995, juggling, diabolos and first bubble tricks.
Training in London in 2001. First performance of « Zanzibar le crazy French Man », In English,
« Zanzibar se lâche » in France at the end of 2002.
Then travelling the world:
Tour in Australia pendant 4 times 2002-2003, 2004-2005, 2005-2006 and 2006-2007.
Tour in South Africa 2007-2008 and 2008-2009.
York comedy festival 2004, Globe Theatre 2005(london) and Glastonbury Festival s(MC,Cabaret,
street theatre). Dubai in 2006 (21 shows), TV appearance à Doha, Qatar en 2007 live TV et Bahrain
GP Formula1 in 2010. consultant for Street performance and diabolo at the London Circus Space
(National Center for Circus Arts) in 2007. International guest at the Sydney juggling convention in
Australia. In 2010, new structure in France and start to work on a new bubble show.
