OBJECTIVE IMPORTANT DATES The Electrical Engineering department is glad to announce the second International Conference on Electrical Energy and Systems ICEES 2014 will be held October 21-23, 2014 in Annaba (Algeria). Scientifics, universities, researchers are cordially invited to participate at this conference and encouraged to submit proposals. Aims of this conference: -gathering the researchers in Electrical Engineering fields selected to exchange ideas and debate current developments and future prospects in the cover topics; -bringing reflections concerning of possible North-South and South-South collaborations having a mutual scientific interest, promoter of the technological development; -To sit an exchange strategy and contact between Algerian and European Universities and industry. Power Electronics and Electrical grid 5. Engineering electrical materials. High-Voltage and Electromagnetic Compatibility SELECTED BEST PAPERS ICEES’14 is co-sponsored by IEEE Algeria subsection. Accepted and presented papers will appear in ICEES2014 conference proceedings. The best selected and presented proposals will be considered for publication in regular issue of UBMA’s journal Synthèse. y May 31th 2014 Deadline for receipt of full paper June 30th 2014 Notification of paper acceptance July 31th 2014 Camera-ready papers August 31th 2014 Conference Period October 21 - 23, 2014 INSTRUCTIONS for AUTHORS ICEES’14 is soliciting contributed papers and invited session proposals. Review of the contributed papers is based on full papers. Email submission of full papers should be in MW 2007 and PDF format limited to 5 pages max in the IEEE 2-columns format available on https://sites.google.com/site/icees14/home; Working languages are English and French; · Abstract in English is needed for papers in French; · All papers are blind peer reviewed. PARTICIPATION FEES CONFERENCE VENUE Annaba, fourth town of Algeria is a Mediterranean coast town sis at about 600 km in the East of Algiers the Algerian capital and at 90Km from Tunisian borders. Ancient city was called simultaneously Hippone, Bouna and Bône. Annaba town of jujube is built with the foot of the buttresses of the mounts of Edough sis at 1000 m of altitude climbed by beautiful cliff road of almost 12km in the turnings. The area more in the east is too beautiful that it reveals with that which visit it its lakes, its ponds and especially its forests. First iron industries region, Annaba is characterized by Mediterranean moderate climate (20°C at October). Surnamed the coquette, its history is linked to its port and to St-Augustine. Its beaches do an attraction on people soon the first heats. University Badji Mokhtar of Annaba is composed of three main campus and 7 faculties which gather about 50 000 students.
