1) Lieu de la compétition :
Montpellier et Métropole (FRANCE)
2) Date:
Arrivée le jeudi 22 octobre 2015 obligatoirement des touts les délégations dans la soirée;
Début de la compétition le vendredi 23 octobre 2015;
Fin de la compétition, le dimanche 25 octobre 2015 avec dîner/fête final;
Retour le lundi 26 octobre 2015 après la petit déjeuner.
3) Voyage
à charge de chaque fédération .
4) Hébergement et restauration:
L’hébergement et les repas seront en hôtel/restaurants prés des gymnases.
Les chambres seront pour 2/3/4 personnes.
Hébergement et restauration sont à la charge de la Fédération Française pour l’organisation et
le financement.
5) Inscription:
Il est fixé une contribution d'inscription pour chaque personne de 100.00 € à verser directement
au F.I.Ba.T. ; faire 1 seul virement pour toutes les composantes de l’équipe;

Les Fédérations ou les Organisations Fédérales devront être en règle avec l'affiliation à la FIBaT
d'ici le 28 juin 2015 si non elles ne pourront pas participer à la manifestation.
6) Calendrier et règlement de la Compétition
ils seront élaborés par la F.I.Ba.T. et seront communiqués aux Fédérations/Organisations
Fédérales 30 jours avant la compétition.
7) Arbitres:
Les Fédérations mettront à disposition au moins deux arbitres officiels chacune avec les
dépenses de voyage à leurs frais.
L’Hébergement et les repas pour les arbitres seront fournis de la Fédération Française pour
toute le période de l'événement.
L’organisation et le financement pour les arbitres seront :
Déplacement
Le déplacement est organisé et financé par la fédération d’origine;
Hébergement
L’hébergement est organisé et financé par la fédération française;
Restauration
La restauration est organisée et financée par la fédération française ;
Les Fédérations ou les Organisations Fédérales doivent:
• Envoyer les virements financiers au trésorier de la FIBaT, dans le 28 juin au plus tard,

1) Le montant de l’affiliation 2015(si pas déjà fait), celui-ci transmettra une liste à jour au
secrétaire de la FIBaT ;
• Envoyer directement au secrétaire de la FIBaT , ([email protected])
1) les noms de chaque joueur, joueuse et technique.
2) la liste complète de la délégation.
3) le nom et les coordonnées de la personne responsable de la Fédération pour les
correspondances jusqu’à la compétition.
4) le nom et les coordonnées de la personne responsable de la Fédération qui sera sur
place lors de la compétition.
5) l’heure d’arrivée et de départ de la délégation et moyen de transport utilisé.

Oggetto: 2° campionato Europeo Indoor- informazioni ed istruzioni per le federazioni
1) Luogo della manifestazione:
Montpellier et Métropole (FRANCE)
2) Data:
Arrivo di tutte le delegazioni obbligatoriamente giovedì 22 ottobre 2015 entro la sera;
Inizio della manifestazione venerdì 23 ottobre 2015;
Fine della manifestazione domenica 25 ottobre 2015 con cena/festa finale;
Rientro lunedì 26 ottobre 2015 dopo la prima colazione.
3) Viaggio
a carico di ogni federazione.
4) Alloggio e pasti:
L'alloggio ed i pasti saranno in hotel/ristoranti nei pressi dei Palazzetti dello Sport.
Le camere saranno per 2/3/4 persone.
Vitto ed alloggio saranno forniti della Federazione Francese per 6 persone per squadra.
5) Iscrizione:
E’ comunque fissato un contributo d’iscrizione per ogni persona di 100.00 € da versare
direttamente alla F.I.Ba.T.; fare un unico bonifico per tutti i componenti la delegazione;

6) Calendario e regolamento della manifestazione
Saranno elaborati dalla F.I.Ba.T. e comunicati alle Federazioni/Organizzazioni 30 giorni prima
della competizione.
7) Arbitri:
Le Federazioni metteranno a disposizione al meno due arbitri ufficiali con le spese di viagio a
proprie spese.
L’ospitalità (vitto e alloggio) per gli arbitri sarà fornito dalla Federazione Francese per tutto il
periodo dell’evento.
L’organizzazione ed il pagamento degli arbitri saranno :
Viaggio
Il viaggio è organizzato e finanziato dalla federazione di appartenenza;
Alloggio
L’alloggio è organizzato e pagato dalla federazione Francese;
Pasti
I pasti sono organizzati e pagati dalla Federazione Francese;
Le Federazioni/Organizzazioni Federali dovranno:
• Inviare i bonifici al tesoriere della FIBaT, entro il entro il 28 giugno,

1) la ricevuta di pagamento dell'iscrizione alla FIBaT (con bonifico bancario) per l'anno
2015 (se non ancora fatto).
• Inviare direttamente al segretario generale FIBaT, [email protected]:
1) i nomi di ogni giocatore, giocatrice e tecnico.
2) la lista completa della delegazione.
3)il nome e i riferimenti della persona responsabile della Federazione per le
corrispondenze fino all’inizio della manifestazione.
4) il nome e i riferimenti della persona responsabile della Federazione che sarà sul posto
in occasione della manifestazione.
5) l'ora d'arrivo e di partenza della delegazione ed il mezzo usato.
• Indirizzare alla Federazione Francese per e-mail ([email protected]) tutte le
richieste e le domande.

4) Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation and meals will be in hotels and restaurants near the Sports hall;
Rooms will be for 2/3/4 people;
Accommodation and meals for 6 people per team will be on the French board.
5) Fee:
A subscription fee of 100,00€ per team to be sent to directly FIBaT; to do an only credit transfer for
all the components the delegation;

6) Schedule and tournament regulations
Will be prepared by FIBaT and sent to the member Boards 30 days before the start of the
competitions.
7) Referees:
The Federations will make to the less two official arbiters at their own.
Accommodation and meals for the arbiters will be at the French board costs.
The organization and the payment of the arbiters will be:
Travel
The trip he is organized and financed by the own federation;
Lodge
The lodging he is organized and paid by the French federation;
Meals
The meals are organized and paid by the French Federation;
The member boards will need to:
• To send the credits transfer of the FIBaT, by the 28th of June 2015,

1) If you have not yet done so, The payment (bank transfer copy) of the F.I.Ba.T. annual
fee;
• Forward to FIBaT - ([email protected]):
1) names for every player and coach;
2)complete list of the touring party;
3) Full details of the contact person of the Member board till the start of the event;
4) Full details of the contact person of the Member board which will be at the event
5)Travel details including arrival and departure times

applications and the questions.
