The villa is an elegantly reconverted farmhouse to be found in the magnificent Vall
d'en March Valley, a mere six kilometres from beautiful Pollensa where you will find
supermarkets and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 12 kilometres away and
the airport 65 kilometres. This is a private rental villa for families who wish to come to
Mallorca and just kick back and unwind, either in the summer or in the winter months.
The beautiful double storey luxury villa in Mallorca is furnished and decorated to a very
high standard in a modern, moderate style. There are three housekeeping staff
members, who clean, cook breakfast and dinner, do shopping and look after the
garden and outdoor area. It is important to note that the staff are Spanish speaking
only and live in their own quarters on the ground floor of the property. On the ground
floor guests enter through the entrance hall, leading to the dining room, lounge, library
and TV room, cloakroom, kitchen and laundry room. The outside annexe is a barbecue
area with a dining and sitting area and fridge, shower and changing room. The villa
has basic satellite TV and internet.
The villa has four beautiful bedrooms on the first floor. Two are twin bedrooms with
slanted ceilings and en suite shower rooms. Then there is the master bedroom with
dressing room and en suite shower and a double bedroom with en suite shower.
Another double bedroom can be used for staff who travel with the client.
Outside is an enchanting swimming pool area at the rear of the house with a loggia
and barbecue for "al fresco" summer meals. The swimming pool is large, deep with
roman steps, and beautifully tiled in blue. The broad lawn area is ideal for children to
play games on. Beautifully kept gardens with various trees and relaxing shaded spots
stretch down from the pool area. More than enough parking is available.
