l’office de tourisme soutient l’initiative du secrétariat d’etat au tourisme visant
au classement des locations meublées. dans un souci de qualité, l’office de
tourisme encourage les propriétaires à entrer dans la démarche de classement.
cet engagement qualité est garant du niveau de confort de la prestation.
le classement de 1 à 5 étoiles est valable 5 ans.
Le saviez-vous ?
Les arrhes vous laissent la possibilité de changer d’avis et de vous dégager de votre
réservation en l’annulant selon les délais convenus. Vous n’êtes alors pas tenu de
régler la totalité de votre engagement mais le loueur conservera les arrhes.
Les acomptes impliquent un engagement ferme de votre part, ceci impliquant
l’obligation de payer la totalité de votre réservation en cas d’annulation.

booking within the agreed period of notice. In that case, you are not obliged to pay
the whole amount due but the owner will keep your deposit.

the classification, from 1 to 5 stars, is granted for 5 years.

La Taxe séjour / The tourist tax / Die Kurtaxe / La tassa di soggiorno
Les personnes redevables de cette taxe, sont celles qui sont en location temporaire à
Cavalaire du 1er Avril au 31 Octobre.
Le propriétaire de votre location n’est que l’intermédiaire de la perception de la taxe,
il se doit de la recouvrir en complément des frais de location et de la reverser à la
Commune en fin de saison. Elle est calculée par personne et par jour, les mineurs
étant exonérés.
The tourist tax has to be collected by the landlord in addition to the rent for the
accommodation. It is calculated per person and per day. Minors shall be exempt.
This tax collected is then paid to the town of Cavalaire.
Die Kurtaxe muss zuzätzlich der Miete bezahlt werden (vom 1. April zum 31. Oktober).
Sie wird pro Person und pro Tag berechnet. Kostenlos für die Minderjährige. Die
Kurtaxe wird direkt an die Stadt Cavalaire überwiesen.
Dovono pagare questa tassa le persone in affitti a Cavalaire dal primo di aprile al 31

cartouche d’encre, solvants, peinture, électroménagers et appareils électriques,
extincteurs, radiographies avant 2000, fusées de détresse, encombrants,
mobilier, gravats, huiles (vidange / friture), ampoules, néons, métaux, piles, pneus,
textiles. en contrebas de la déchèterie se trouve la plateforme de déchets
verts : vous pouvez apporter vos coupes de végétaux, de tonte…
collecte gratuite des encombrants : inscription préalable obligatoire au
0 800 732 122, réservée aux particuliers.
