1. Facilitation of partnership consensus on relevant guidance documents, tools, and other technical inputs to the planning process and methods, and provision of such documents and tools to country strategic planning teams
2. Provision of technical assistance in developing plans/roadmap for the development of NMSPs, 3. Facilitation and coordination of technical assistance during the malaria program review and NMSP development process at country level, and 4. Facilitation of consensus for the adoption of the NMSP Activities/progress: tools harmonization, alignment with country needs
• Malaria program review manual developed and translated into French and Portuguese: need to print more copies
• Guideline for Malaria strategic planning developed and review during the Accra meeting in November: updated copy to be made available
Activities/progress: Financial and technical support to countries for MPR and SP
• Kenya, Botswana, South Africa, Benin, Senegal, Malawi, Namibia, Niger, Zambia, Rwanda, and Mozambique and Togo
• Namibia, Togo and Zambia expressed interest for NSA second wave: first technical screen done
• At least 12 countries to be supported for MPR MSP in 2011

• Experience sharing between countries
• Cross country TA by NMCPs staff and NPOs
