Sürmeli Ephesus Hotel is a grand hotel set among lush tropical gardens. Right across from Izmir’s beachfront,
it offers contemporary rooms with a swimming pool, tennis court and Turkish steam bath.
Sürmeli Ephesus is less than a 10 minute drive to central Kusadasi and Efes Antik City. The Izmir Adnan
Menderes Airport is 34 miles from the hotel.
Le Sürmeli Ephesus Hôtel est un grand hôtel entouré de jardins tropicaux luxuriants. Situé juste en face du
front de mer d'Izmir, il propose des chambres contemporaines, une piscine, un court de tennis et un bain à vapeur
turc.
L'établissement se trouve à moins de 10 minutes de route du centre-ville de Kuşadası et de la vieille ville d'Efes.
L'aéroport d'Izmir Adnan Menderes vous attend à 55 km.

If you want to stop in Istanbul to visit the city, we advise you to buy your flight ticket IstanbulIzmir-Istanbul over the internet from one of the four companies, ticket is cheaper. Also more you
buy your ticket early, more will be cheaper.
İf you wish to travel by bus (tripe duration: 09hours) , you can buy only one way for your flight
ticket, the price is nearly half of the round trip. We advise you to buy the bus ticket for your
return to Istanbul for did not meet problem for your transportation to the hotel.
The participants arriving on 02 and 03 November 2014 to Izmir airport will be greeted and
transported by bus to the hotel Sürmeli Ephesus.
Si vous souhaitez faire escale à Istanbul pour visiter la ville, nous vous conseillons d'acheter le billet du
vol Istanbul-Izmir-Istanbul par internet auprès d’une des quatre compagnies, le billet vaut énormément
moins cher. Aussi plus vous achetez le billet tôt, plus il sera moins cher.
Si vous souhaitez voyager par bus, nous vous conseillons de le faire à votre retour (Izmir – Istanbul, durée
du trajet : 09 heures) pour ne pas rencontrer des difficultés pour rejoindre l’hôtel. Le prix du billet d’avion
aller est moitié prix d’un billet aller-retour.
Les participants qui arriveront le 02 et 03 Novembre 2014 à l’aéroport d’Izmir seront accueillis et
transportés par bus à l’hôtel Sürmeli Ephesus

CONGRESS FEES
Fees (in euro) will cover participation to the different sessions, abstracts book and CD
proceedings, buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, all day (10:00 - 24:00), local alcoholic
and non-alcoholic drinks, with cookies and tea time snack, coffee breaks, and 1.5 liters of water
in rooms & accommodation (Hotel 5 stars) from the 03 evening to 07 November 2014 morning.
