Light form for leisure and overnight wear, with Comfort+ temperature-equalizing technology
in the washable fabric cover.
Instruction for wearing / intended use
This foam form does not replace the wearing of a silicone breast form to balance weight for
the spine.
Amoena weighted Leisure Form is a slightly weighted foam form covered with a gentle fabric
that can be worn during the night and for leisure.
It can be placed into the pocket of bra or night dress to maintain body symmetry and keep
the remaining breast in place while lying down.
When not in use, store the weighted Leisure Form in a cool and dry place. Do not expose to
direct sunlight.
Contraindications are not expected and not known.

Instructions for washing
It is recommended to wash once a week or as needed.
• Prior to washing, remove fabric cover from foam.
• Clean the foam with a wet towel only; do not machine wash or submerge in water
• Wash fabric cover either in the washing machine on the gentle cycle, or by hand with
mild detergent at a maximum of 86°F / 30°C
• Lay the fabric cover flat to dry – do not dry in the dryer
• Once the fabric cover is completely dry, fold the inside of the cover to the outside and
wrap it over the foam form with outside out (refer to illustrations on page 2).
• Place the weighted leisure form into the integrated bra of your Amoena night dress or
into your Leisure bra.

Diese Schaumstoffform ersetzt nicht das Tragen einer Silikon-Brustprothese, die für eine aufrechte
Körperhaltung notwendig ist.
Die Amoena Leisure Form besteht aus einem leicht-gewichtetem Schaumstoff überzogen mit
einem weichen Stoffbezug und kann über Nacht oder auch in der Freizeit getragen werden.
In der Tasche eines T-Shirts, BHs oder der Amoena Nachtwäsche getragen, stellt sie die Körpersymmetrie her oder hält die verbliebene Brust wahrend des Liegens/Schlafens in Position.
Wenn nicht in Gebrauch die Schaumstoffform bitte kühl und trocken aufbewahren. Nicht direktem
Sonnenlicht aussetzen.
Kontraindikationen sind nicht bekannt und nicht zu erwarten.

L’Amoena Leisure Form est une solution en mousse avec un léger poids additionnel,
recouverte d’une matière textile douce qui peut être portée pendant la nuit, pour la maison
et la détente. Elle se glisse dans la poche d’un vêtement d’intérieur ou de nuit et permet de
maintenir le sein naturel en place en position allongée.
Lorque vous ne l’utilisez pas, rangez la Leisure Form dans un lieu sec, ni trop chaud ni trop
froid. Ne pas l’exposer au soleil.
Aucune contre-indication connue.

Conseils d’entretien
Es wird empfohlen die Schaumstoffform bei Bedarf, mindestens jedoch einmal wöchentlich, zu
reinigen.
• Ziehen Sie den Stoffbezug vor dem Waschen von der Schaumstoffform.
• Die Schaumstoffform nur mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen. Nicht in der Maschine waschen
oder ins Wasser legen.
• Der Stoffbezug kann entweder im Handwaschprogramm der Maschine oder von Hand mit
einem milden Waschmittel bei max. 30°C gewaschen werden.
• Den Bezug zum Trocken flach legen – nicht in den Wäschetrockner geben.
• Wenn der Bezug wieder trocken ist, stülpen Sie die Innenseite nach außen und ziehen ihn
über die Stoffform, so dass die Außenseite wieder nach außen kommt (siehe Illustrationen auf
Seite 2).
• Anschließend können Sie die Stoffform wieder in dem eingearbeiteten BH Ihrer Amoena
Nachtwäsche oder Ihrem Wohlfühl-BH platzieren.

• Laisser sécher la housse textile à plat à l’air libre. Ne pas mettre au sèche-linge.
• Une fois complètement sec, mettre la housse sur l’envers et la retourner a l’endroit en
enveloppant la mousse (cf. illustrations page 2).
• Glisser la solution Leisure Form dans le soutien-gorge intégré de votre tenue de nuit
Amoena ou vêtement de détente.

Esta prótesis no sustituye el llevar una prótesis de mama de silicona, con el fin de equilibrar
el peso con respecto a la espalda.
Amoena Prótesis de Descanso es una prótesis de de espuma de peso ligero, que se
presenta con una funda de tela suave que se puede usar tanto durante la noche como para
el ocio.
Se puede colocar dentro del bolsillo de sujetador o camisón con el fin de mantener la
simetría corporal y mantener la otra mama en su lugar mientras que esté acostada.
Cuando no está en uso, guarde la prótesis ligera para el Descanso en un lugar fresco y
seco. No lo exponga directamente a la luz del sol.
No se esperan ni se conocen contraindicaciones.

Instrucciones para el lavado
Zaleca się pranie raz w tygodniu bądź według potrzeby.
• Przed praniem zdjąć materiałową osłonkę z gąbkowej protezy.
• Protezę z gąbki czyścić jedynie wilgotnym ręcznikiem; nie prać w pralce, ani nie zanurzać
w wodzie.
• Materiałową osłonkę prać w pralce (delikatny program) lub ręcznie przy zastosowaniu
łagodnych detergentów w temperaturze nie wyższej niż 30°C.
• Rozłożyć płasko do wyschnięcia – nie suszyć w suszarce.
• Gdy osłonka jest całkowicie sucha, wywinąć ją na lewą stronę i wspólnie z gąbkową
protezą wywrócić tak, aby gąbka znalazła się w środku (Patrz: ilustracja na stronie 2).
• Umieścić protezę wypoczynkową w kieszonce zintegrowanej ze strojem nocnym
Amoena, bądź w biustonoszu nocnym.
