Methode de paiement et réservations :



Les réservations peuvent se faire par email, par téléphone ou par fax. Pour les réservations
faites par email, veuillez indiquer le nombre d’adultes et d’enfants qui seront présents dans
la chambre ainsi que les âges des enfants. Le formulaire de carte de crédit est également à
remplir et à nous renvoyer signé au plus tôt.
Le montant total du séjour est a la du au moment de la réservation et n’est pas
remboursable en cas d’annulation ou de no-show.
Veuillez mentionner le groupe « RMS Alumni Reunion » lorsque vous effectuer votre
réservation.
La date limite pour effectuer votre réservation est le mercredi 24 octobre
cette date, les disponibilités ainsi que tarif préférentiel ne seront plus garantis.

Pour ceux qui souhaitent rester plus longtemps pour profiter de Miami après l’événement, ce même
tarif sera maintenu sous réserve de disponibilités.
Comment se rendre à l’hôtel:
From Miami International Airport:
Taxi cabs and super shuttle services operate on the ground level outside arrivals. The taxi fare to our
hotel is approximately $35 and takes approximately 20 minutes.
From Fort Lauderdale Airport:
Go Airport Shuttle provides shared rides from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to the Impala Hotel at the
rate of $21 per person. When you arrive at the airport, collect your luggage and go outside the
baggage claim area, lower level, curbside, contact one of our starters (customer services reps.)
wearing a white shirt with "GO AIRPORT SHUTTLE" in green on the back of the shirt and an emblem
on the sleeve and over the breast pocket. Let the starter know what service you are interested in and
he/she will assist you.
Driving Directions from Points North:
Palm Beach/Ft. Lauderdale: Take I-95 South towards Miami. Take Exit #2D to I-395 East/ Miami
Beach. I-195. Continue on I-395 East until it becomes MacArthur Causeway. Stay on MacArthur
Causeway until it becomes 5th street after crossing the bay (at the end of the causeway bridge).
Continue East on 5th street until you reach Collins avenue. Turn left on Collins Avenue. The Impala
Hotel will be on the left.
Driving Directions from Points South:
Key West/Florida Keys/Homestead: Take US-1 all the way to I-95 North. Drive on I-95 North for a
short distance to I-395 East/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395 until it becomes MacArthur Causeway.
Stay on MacArthur Causeway until it becomes 5th street after crossing the bay (at the end of the
causeway bridge). Continue East on 5th street until you reach Collins avenue. Turn left on Collins
Avenue. The Impala Hotel will be on the left.
Driving Directions from West Florida:
Naples/Tampa: Take I-75 South/West towards Miami until the junction with Palmetto Expressway
South (S.R. 826) Avoid getting off onto the Turnpike before that. Proceed on the Palmetto
Expressway South (S.R. 826) to Dolphin Expressway East (S.R. 836). Take S.R. 836 past the airport and
toll plaza to I-395/Miami Beach. Continue on I-395 East to the Mac Arthur Causeway (same roadway;
name changes at water's edge). Stay on Mac Arthur Causeway - this will bring you across the bay to
the final causeway bridge. Using the right lane on this bridge, stay strait on US - 41E which becomes
5th street. Continue until you reach Ocean Drive and take a left. The Avalon Hotel will be
approximately 0.2 miles up the road on the left.
