Description du produit
DB Acrylic DIY is one component, highly qualified, plastic elastic
sealant based on an acrylic emulsion. The product is almost odor free
and is not corrosive towards metals. After application the product forms
a soft plastic elastic rubber by evaporation of water from the sealant.

Applications
DB Acrylic DIY is used for joints in the building industry between
wooden and metal window frames and concrete and brickwork. Joints
between stairs and walls, between concrete and ceiling elements,
between wall and ceiling, skirting boards and windowsills. For inside
and outside applications.

Not suitable for continuous exposure to water

Not suitable for PE, PP, PC, PMMA and PTFE

Painting over with highly filled emulsion paints can cause cracks in
the paint film
Préparation des surfaces et finition
Before using DB Acrylic DIY refer to the Health & Safety Sheet. All
surfaces must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other loose
material. Adhesion tests prior to the application are recommended.
Clean the surfaces thoroughly by using Zwaluw Cleaner (PDS 7.82).
Apply with a professional Zwaluw Caulking Gun (PDS 7.01). Smoothen
the fresh applied sealant within the skin forming time to ensure a firm
and full contact with the joint faces.
Mise en peinture
Το DB Acrylic DIY is paintable after full drying of sealant.
During curing product will show shrinkage, which can cause cracking of
the paint. Excellent paintable with water based and synthetic.
Recommendation: Zwaluw Acryl Anti-Crack.

Nettoyage
Uncured material and tools can be cleaned by using a damp cloth.
Cured material can be cleaned with Zwaluw Cleaner (PDS 7.82).

Stockage et conservation
Storage between +5°C and +25°C and in shaded conditions. Shelf life
of the DB Acrylic DIY is 18 months when stored as recommended in
original unopened packaging.
