Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mix
∙Prepare cookie mix according to package directions. Spread ½ of the dough on a greased pizza pan,
bake and use as a base for a dessert pizza. Bake cookies with remaining dough.
∙Add raisins to cookie dough prior to baking.
∙Add 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter to cookie mix for a delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookie.
∙The addition of diced macadamia nuts to the cookie dough adds both flavour and texture.
∙Prepare chocolate icing and ice the flat side of two cookies, press together for a great fudge
cookie sandwich.
∙Chocolate Cherry Chunk Cookies: Drain a 10 oz. (283 g) jar of maraschino cherries, reserving 2 tablespoons
juice. Chop enough cherries to measure ½ cup. Follow package directions and add the cherry juice with
other ingredients. Once well blended, fold in the chopped cherries. Bake as directed on box.
