The Management Company would like to inform you of a change to the depositary arrangements of the Management Company acting on behalf of the Funds which is expected to take place on or around 1 November
2016 (the “Effective Date”).
As of the Effective Date and as part of a restructuring of the European wealth management business (“UBS
Wealth Management”) of the UBS group (“UBS Group”), UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. (“UBS Luxembourg”),
together with other European UBS Group entities, will merge into UBS Deutschland AG, a credit institution
established under German law, in order to form simultaneously a European Company (Societas Europaea;
“SE”) under the name of UBS Europe SE (“UBS Europe”) and headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany
(the “Merger”).
Upon the Merger taking effect, while UBS Luxembourg will cease to exist as a distinct Luxembourg
legal entity, the business operations of UBS Luxembourg will be carried on without interruption by a
local fully-passported, Luxembourg based branch of UBS Europe under the name UBS Europe SE,
Luxembourg Branch (“UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch”).
All assets and liabilities of UBS Luxembourg, including the contractual relationships between the
Management Company on behalf of the Funds and UBS Luxembourg will be automatically transferred to UBS Europe acting through its Luxembourg Branch.
The depositary/custody services (the “Services”) provided by UBS Luxembourg to the Funds and the
terms which these Services are provided on will thus remain unchanged and not be impacted by the
Merger.
UBS Europe will be a credit institution with its head office located in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and registered in the commercial register of Frankfurt am Main, registration number HRB 58164. UBS Europe will be
subject to prudential supervision by the German Federal Financial Services Supervisory Authority (“BaFin”).
In particular, UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch, as from the Effective Date, will act as depositary/custodian to the Funds.
As already mentioned above, any contracts entered into between the Management Company acting
on behalf of the Funds and UBS Luxembourg, including, among others, the depositary agreement,
will be automatically transferred to UBS Europe acting through its Luxembourg Branch as at the Effective Date so there will be no need to re-enter into any contracts or in particular a new depositary
agreement. All the processes and operations which are currently in place for the Management Company with respect to the Funds will be unaffected by the change. Hence the change will not have
any impact on the Management Company and/or the Funds or existing investors.
The fees payable to UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch shall be the same as the fees currently payable
to UBS Luxembourg. There will be no change and thus no increase in the fee structure for the Funds.
The existing prospectuses of the Funds will be amended to reflect the change of depositary and updated versions of the prospectuses of the Funds will be available free of charge at the registered office of the Management Company in due course, latest by 1st February 2017.

Die Verwaltungsgesellschaft möchte Sie von einer Änderung der Depotbankvereinbarungen der Verwaltungsgesellschaft, die im Namen der Fonds handelt, in Kenntnis setzen, die am oder um den 1. November 2016 in
Kraft treten soll (das «Datum des Inkrafttretens»).
Zum Datum des Inkrafttretens und im Rahmen der Umstrukturierung der europäischen Vermögensverwaltungssparte («UBS Wealth Management») der UBS Group («UBS Group») wird die UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. («UBS
Luxembourg») zusammen mit weiteren Konzernunternehmen der UBS Group in Europa mit der UBS Deutschland AG verschmolzen, einem nach deutschem Recht gegründeten Kreditinstitut. Aus diesem Zusammenschluss
entsteht eine Europäische Gesellschaft (Societas Europaea, «SE») mit dem Namen UBS Europe SE («UBS Europe»), die ihren Sitz in Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, haben wird (die «Verschmelzung»).
Sobald die Verschmelzung wirksam wird, besteht UBS Luxembourg nicht mehr als luxemburgisches
Unternehmen mit eigener Rechtspersönlichkeit. Der Geschäftsbetrieb von UBS Luxembourg wird
jedoch ohne Unterbrechung von einer in Luxemburg ansässigen Niederlassung von UBS Europe mit
dem Namen UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch («UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch»), die über den
Europäischen Pass verfügt, fortgeführt.
Alle Vermögenswerte und Verbindlichkeiten von UBS Luxembourg, einschliesslich der Vertragsbeziehungen zwischen der Verwaltungsgesellschaft im Namen der Fonds und UBS Luxembourg, werden
automatisch auf UBS Europe übertragen, die ihre Geschäftstätigkeiten über ihre Niederlassung in
Luxemburg (Luxembourg Branch) ausübt.
Die von UBS Luxembourg für die Fonds erbrachten Depotbank-/Verwahrdienste (die «Dienste») und
die Bedingungen für die Erbringung dieser Dienste bleiben von der Verschmelzung unberührt und
ändern sich nicht.
UBS Europe wird ein Kreditinstitut mit Hauptsitz in Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, sein und im Handelsregister Frankfurt am Main, Registernummer HRB 58164, eingetragen werden. UBS Europe wird der Aufsicht der
deutschen Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht («BaFin») unterstehen.
Insbesondere wird UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch, ab dem Datum des Inkrafttretens die Funktion
der Depotbank/Verwahrstelle für die Fonds übernehmen.
Wie oben mitgeteilt, werden alle Verträge, die zwischen der Verwaltungsgesellschaft, die im Namen
der Fonds handelt, und UBS Luxembourg geschlossen wurden (wie unter anderem die Depotbankvereinbarung), automatisch auf UBS Europe übertragen, die ihre Geschäftstätigkeit ab dem Datum
des Inkrafttretens über ihre Niederlassung in Luxemburg (Luxembourg Branch) ausüben wird, so dass
keine neuen Verträge und insbesondere keine neue Depotbankvereinbarung geschlossen werden
müssen. Alle bisherigen Prozesse und Abläufe der Verwaltungsgesellschaft, die die Fonds betreffen,
bleiben von der Veränderung unberührt. Die Veränderung hat daher keine Auswirkung auf die Verwaltungsgesellschaft und/oder die Fonds oder die bestehenden Anleger.
An UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch, sind dieselben Gebühren zu zahlen wie aktuell an UBS Luxembourg. Die Gebührenstruktur für die Fonds bleibt unverändert bestehen, d. h. die Gebühren erhöhen
sich nicht.
Die Verkaufsprospekte der Fonds werden geändert, um dem Wechsel der Verwahrstelle Rechnung zu tragen.
Die aktualisierten Fassungen der Prospekte der Fonds können spätestens am 1. Februar 2017 kostenlos am Sitz
der Verwaltungsgesellschaft angefordert werden.

La Société de gestion souhaite vous informer d'un changement concernant les accords relatifs au dépositaire de
la Société de gestion (agissant pour le compte des Fonds) devant intervenir le ou aux alentours du 1er novembre
2016 (la «Date d'effet»).
A compter de la Date d'effet et dans le cadre d'une restructuration de l'activité de gestion de fortune («Gestion de fortune UBS») du Groupe UBS (le «Groupe UBS») en Europe, UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. («UBS Luxembourg») et d'autres entités européennes du Groupe UBS vont fusionner pour devenir UBS Deutschland AG,
établissement de crédit de droit allemand, et former dans le même temps une société européenne (Societas
Europaea; «SE») dénommée UBS Europe SE («UBS Europe») dont le siège social sera à Francfort-sur-le-Main
en Allemagne (la «Fusion»).
Une fois la Fusion effective, UBS Luxembourg cessera d'exister en tant qu'entité juridique distincte,
mais les activités commerciales d'UBS Luxembourg continueront d'être assurées par une succursale
locale d'UBS Europe basée au Luxembourg disposant d'un passeport complet dénommée UBS Europe
SE, succursale luxembourgeoise («UBS Europe, succursale luxembourgeoise»).
Tous les actifs et passifs d'UBS Luxembourg, y compris les relations contractuelles existant entre la
Société de gestion (pour le compte des Fonds) et UBS Luxembourg, seront automatiquement transférés à UBS Europe (agissant par le biais de sa succursale luxembourgeoise).
Les services de garde/dépositaire (les «Services») fournis aux Fonds par UBS Luxembourg et les modalités de ces Services resteront donc inchangés et ne seront pas affectés par la Fusion.
UBS Europe sera un établissement de crédit et son siège social sera situé à Francfort-sur-le-Main en Allemagne.
Il sera inscrit au registre de commerce de Francfort-sur-le-Main sous le numéro d'immatriculation HRB 58164.
UBS Europe fera l'objet d'une surveillance prudentielle de la part de l'Autorité fédérale allemande de surveillance des services financiers («BaFin»).
UBS Europe, succursale luxembourgeoise, assumera la fonction de dépositaire/conservateur des
Fonds à compter de la Date d'effet.
Comme indiqué ci-dessus, tous les contrats conclus entre la Société de gestion (agissant pour le
compte des Fonds) et UBS Luxembourg, y compris l'accord de dépositaire, seront automatiquement
transférés à UBS Europe (agissant par le biais de sa succursale luxembourgeoise) à compter de la
Date d'effet, avec pour conséquence qu'il n'y aura pas besoin de re-conclure les contrats existants,
notamment l'accord de dépositaire. Aucun des processus et activités actuellement en place pour la
Société de gestion concernant les Fonds ne sera affecté par le changement. De fait, le changement
n'aura aucune incidence sur la Société de gestion et/ou les Fonds ou investisseurs existants.
Les frais à verser à UBS Europe, succursale luxembourgeoise, seront identiques à ceux dus actuellement à UBS Luxembourg. Aucune modification (et donc aucune augmentation) ne sera apportée au
barème de frais des Fonds.
Les prospectus existants des Fonds seront modifiés pour tenir compte du changement de dépositaire et la version mise à jour desdits prospectus pourra être obtenue gratuitement auprès du siège social de la Société de
gestion en temps voulu, c'est-à-dire au plus tard le 1er février 2017.

La Società di gestione desidera comunicare una variazione dei riferimenti per i servizi di deposito della Società di
gestione che agisce per conto dei Fondi, che dovrebbero entrare in vigore attorno o il 1° novembre 2016 (la
“Data di entrata in vigore”).
A partire dalla Data di entrata in vigore e nel quadro di una ristrutturazione dell’attività di gestione patrimoniale
europea (“UBS Wealth Management”) del gruppo UBS (“UBS Group”), UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. (“UBS Luxembourg”), insieme ad altre entità del Gruppo UBS, saranno incorporate in UBS Deutschland AG, un istituto
di credito costituito ai sensi della diritto tedesco al fine di formare una Società europea (Societas Europaea;
“SE”) con il nome di UBS Europe SE (“UBS Europe”) con sede centrale a Francoforte sul Meno, in Germania (la
“Fusione”).
Con l’entrata in vigore della Fusione, mentre UBS Luxembourg cesserà di esistere come entità giuridica autonoma lussemburghese, le attività di UBS Luxembourg saranno continuate senza interruzione
da una filiale locale in Lussemburgo di UBS Europe con il nome di UBS Europe SE, filiale lussemburghese (“UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch”).
Tutte le attività e le passività di UBS Luxembourg, comprese le relazioni contrattuali in essere tra la
Società di gestione, per conto dei Fondi, e UBS Luxembourg saranno automaticamente trasferite a
UBS Europe attraverso la sua filiale lussemburghese.
I servizi di deposito / custodia (i “Servizi”) erogati da UBS Luxembourg ai Fondi e le relative condizioni resteranno pertanto invariati e non saranno influenzati della Fusione.
UBS Europe sarà un istituto di credito con sede centrale a Francoforte sul Meno, in Germania e iscritto nel registro di commercio di Francoforte sul Meno con numero di iscrizione HRB 58164. UBS Europe sarà sottoposta
alla vigilanza prudenziale dell’Autorità di vigilanza tedesca sui servizi finanziari (“BaFin”).
In particolare, UBS Europe, filiale lussemburghese, agirà in qualità di agente di deposito / custodia
per i Fondi a partire dalla Data di entrata in vigore.
Come già anticipato, qualsivoglia contratto stipulato tra la Società di gestione per conto dei Fondi e
UBS Luxembourg, compresi, a mero titolo esemplificativo, il contratto per i servizi di deposito, saranno automaticamente trasferiti a UBS Europe, che agirà attraverso la sua filiale lussemburghese a
partire dalla Data di entrata in vigore. Non sarà pertanto necessario stipulare nuovamente alcun
contratto o, segnatamente, un nuovo contratto per i servizi di deposito. Tutti i processi e le attività
attualmente operativi per la Società di gestione relativamente ai Fondi resteranno invariati. La variazione quindi non avrà alcuna conseguenza per la Società di gestione e/o i Fondi o gli attuali investitori.
Le commissioni dovute a UBS Europe, filiale lussemburghese, resteranno identiche a quelle attualmente dovute a UBS Luxembourg. Non vi saranno variazioni e quindi alcun incremento nella struttura delle commissioni per i Fondi.
I prospetti informativi vigenti dei Fondi saranno modificati per tenere conto della variazione dei riferimenti per i
servizi di deposito e le versioni aggiornate dei prospetti dei Fondi saranno disponibili a titolo gratuito presso la
sede legale della Società di gestione a tempo debito, e comunque entro e non oltre il 1° febbraio 2017.

La sociedad gestora desea informarle de un cambio en los acuerdos de depositario de la sociedad gestora actuando en nombre de los fondos, que se espera que tenga lugar el 1 de noviembre de 2016 o en torno a esa
fecha (la «fecha de entrada en vigor»).
A partir de la fecha de entrada en vigor y como parte de la reestructuración del negocio de gestión de patrimonios en Europa («UBS Wealth Management») del grupo UBS («grupo UBS»), UBS (Luxembourg) S.A. («UBS
Luxembourg»), junto con otras entidades europeas del grupo UBS, se fusionarán en UBS Deutschland AG, una
entidad de crédito constituida conforme a la legislación alemana para formar simultáneamente una sociedad
europea (Societas Europaea; «SE») denominada UBS Europe SE («UBS Europe») con domicilio social en Fráncfort del Meno, Alemania (la «fusión»).
A partir de la entrada en vigor de la fusión, aunque UBS Luxembourg dejará de existir como entidad
jurídica luxemburguesa distinta, las operaciones comerciales de UBS Luxembourg seguirán llevándose a cabo sin interrupción a través de una sucursal acreditada localmente basada en Luxemburgo de
UBS Europe denominada UBS Europe SE, Luxembourg Branch («UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch»).
Todos los activos y pasivos de UBS Luxembourg, incluidas las relaciones contractuales entre la sociedad gestora en relación con los fondos y UBS Luxembourg, serán transferidas automáticamente a
UBS Europe a través de su sucursal de Luxemburgo.
Los servicios de depositario/custodia (los «servicios») prestados por UBS Luxembourg en relación con
los fondos y las condiciones en que se prestan dichos servicios seguirán siendo los mismos y no se
verán afectados por la fusión.
UBS Europe será una entidad de crédito con domicilio social en Fráncfort del Meno, Alemania, y estará inscrita
en el registro mercantil de Fráncfort del Meno con el número HRB 58164. UBS Europe estará sujeta a la supervisión prudencial de la Agencia Federal alemana para la Supervisión de los Servicios Financieros («BaFin»).
En particular, UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch, a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigor, actuará como depositario/custodio de los fondos.
Como se menciona anteriormente, cualquier contrato celebrado entre la sociedad gestora actuando
en nombre de los fondos y UBS Luxembourg, incluidos, entre otros, el acuerdo de depositario, serán
transferidos automáticamente a UBS Europe a través de su sucursal de Luxemburgo a partir de la
fecha de entrada en vigor, por lo que no será necesario celebrar nuevos contratos ni, en particular,
ningún nuevo contrato de depósito. El cambio no afectará a ninguno de los procesos y operaciones
actualmente en curso para la sociedad gestora en relación con los fondos. Por lo tanto, el cambio no
afectará a la sociedad gestora, a los fondos, ni a los inversores existentes.
Las comisiones pagaderas a UBS Europe, Luxembourg Branch serán las mismas que sean actualmente
pagaderas a UBS Luxembourg. No se producirá ningún cambio y, por lo tanto, no se incrementará la
estructura de comisiones de los fondos.
Los folletos existentes de los fondos se modificarán para reflejar el cambio de depositario y, a su debido tiempo,
se pondrán gratuitamente a disposición versiones actualizadas de los folletos de los fondos en el domicilio social
de la sociedad gestora, a más tardar el 1 de febrero de 2017.
