■ Initiales Lösen der desmodontalen Fasern. Zuerst approximales, dann bukkales und
palatinales Ansetzen des X-DesmoTool Instrumentes (gelbe Kennzeichnung).
Arbeitshaltung: Bleistift-Griff! Hinweis: Instrument ist nicht als Hebel zu verwenden.

X-DesmoTool instrument (yellow marking). Usage: pencil grip! Note: Instrument is not
to be used as a lever.

elâchement initial des ligaments – Application de l‘instrument X-DesmoTool, d‘abord
du côté approximal et ensuite du côté buccal et du palatin. Tenir comme un crayon
(indication jaune). Important: Ne pas utiliser l‘instrument comme levier.

anach progressivere Luxation mit den X-LuxaTool Instrumenten (erst schmal, dann
breit). Ideale Positionen: approximal (mesial oder distal) des zu extrahierenden Zahnes!

ollowed by progressive luxation of the fibers. Ideal position: approximal (mesial instrument. Working position: pencil grip distal) to the tooth which is to be extracted.

nsuite, luxation plus progressive à l’aide des instruments X-LuxaTool (utilisez d‘abord
l‘instrument élancé en et ensuite l‘instrument large. Positions idéales: en direction
approximale (mésiale ou distale) de la dent à extraire!

öllige Luxation eines oberen rechten Molars (Bsp. Zahn 16) mit Hilfe eines breiten
X-LuxaTool Instruments. Sehr einfache Handhabung. Schonende Extraktion ohne
Wurzelfraktur!

omplete luxation of a right upper molar (e.g. tooth 16) with a wide X-LuxaTool
instrument. Very easy handling. Gentle extraction without any root fracture!

uxation entière d‘une molaire supérieure (p.ex.: dent no. 16) à l‘aide d‘un instrument
X-LuxaTool large. Maniement très facile. Extraction avec ménagement sans fracture
des racines!
■ Inspektion der leeren Zahnalveole und Kürettage mit Hilfe des X-Löffels. Wichtig:
Vollständiges Entfernen aller entzündlichen und bindegewebigen Faserstrukturen.
Hinweis: Diese Instrumente wurden als Alternative zum klassischen Wurzelheber entwickelt. In der Anwendung ist das Hebeln nicht vorgesehen. Vielmehr soll über die
vorherige Lösung der Sharpey‘schen Fasern eine nachher schonende Entfernung des
Zahns mittels axialer Luxation erzielt werden.

■ Inspection and curettage of the empty tooth with support of the X-Spoon. Important:
complete removal of all inflamed application and connective tissue fibers. Note: These
instruments have been developed as an alternative for classic elevators. The instrument is not destined for conventional brace against buccal and / or lingual
bone. Furthermore the gentle removal of the teeth should be reached by prior luxation
and cutting the Sharpey’s fibers.
■ Inspection de l’alvéole dentaire vide et curettage à l’aide de la curette X. Important: Enlèvement complet de toutes les fibres de tissus
irrités ou de tissus conjonctifs. Remarque: Ces instruments ont été concus comme alternative pour l’élévateur à racines classique.
Pendant l’utilisation, les dents devraient être enlevées par luxation soigneuse au lieu d’utiliser un levier.
