Student Tour VTE, a company specializing in school group travels, is looking for Tour
Guides for Québec, Ontario and the United States.
Tour Guide Job Description:
The tour guide holds down a front line position. He or she guides, accompanies and
assists the students and teachers in the context of a tour, ensures that the schedules are
followed, provides information and relevant commentaries as well as making sure that
everyone appreciates the trip.
Qualifications of a Tour Guide:







Resourceful;
Dynamic;
Sociable;
Honest;
Organized;
Helpful and available;
Courteous.
Required Work Experience



Bilingualism is an asset;
Knowledge of Toronto-Niagara, Ottawa, Montréal, Québec and Charlevoix, Boston, New
York, Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago is an asset.
Experience with young people from 9 to 17 years old an asset.
Training at the destination:

Offered by Student Tour VTE.
Work schedule:


According to your availability and the trips of the agency.
Seasonal job, from the month of April to June 30th.

Voyages Tour Étudiant, une entreprise spécialisée dans les voyages scolaires, est à la
recherche de guides accompagnateurs pour le Québec, l’Ontario et les États-Unis.
Description du poste de guide accompagnateur :
Le guide accompagnateur occupe un poste de première ligne. Il dirige, accompagne et
assiste les étudiants et les professeurs à l’occasion d’un circuit touristique, s’assure que
les horaires sont respectés, fournit des renseignements et des commentaires pertinents et
fait en sorte que tous apprécient leur voyage.
Qualités requises pour être guide accompagnateur :







Débrouillardise;
Dynamisme;
Sociabilité;
Honnêteté;
Organisation;
Serviabilité et disponibilité;
Courtoisie.
Expérience requise



Bilinguisme un atout
Connaissance des villes de Toronto-Niagara, Ottawa, Montréal, Québec et
Charlevoix, Boston, New York, Washington, Philadelphie et Chicago est un atout.
Expérience avec des jeunes de 9 à 17 ans sera un atout;


Offert par Voyages Tour Étudiant.
Horaire de travail :


Selon vos disponibilités et les voyages de l’agence.
Emploi saisonnier, du mois d’avril au 30 juin de chaque année.
