Common Side Effects Starting Shortly After Shot and Lasting 1‐2 Days:  Sore arm  Redness at injection site  Exercise the arm or apply a cold pack to reduce arm swelling and discomfort. Common Side Effects Starting 6‐12 Hours After Shot and Lasting 1‐2 Days:  Fever  Muscle Aches  Headaches  Tiredness See your doctor if you have reactions that are unusual, get worse, or don’t go away in 1‐2 days. IF ANY OF THE SYMPTOMS LISTED BELOW OCCUR, YOU COULD BE HAVING A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE FLU SHOT. THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. TELL THE NURSE AT THE CLINIC. IF THIS OCCURS AFTER LEAVING THE CLINIC, CALL FOR HELP OR GO TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM. Effets secondaires rares qui peuvent survenir 6 à 12 heures après le vaccin antigrippal et peuvent durer 1‐2 jours: • Fièvre • Douleurs musculaires • Fatigue • Mal de tête Si un de ces symptômes perdure pendant plus d'un ou de deux jours ou si la situation s'aggrave, consulter votre médecin. SI VOUS SOUFFREZ D'UN DE CES SYMPTOMES CI‐DESSOUS, VOUS POURRIEZ AVOIR UNE REACTION ALLERGIQUE GRAVE. SI VOUS ETES A LA CLINIQUE, INFORMER L'INFIRMIERE.
