Clé de Peau Beauté announced two new products, Le Sérum and new Rouge à Lèvres, at a global press event
held at ArtisTree in Hong Kong on June 6th, attended by over 150 members of the press from all over the world.
Yoshiaki Okabe (General Manager for Clé de Peau Beauté), Lucia Pieroni (Clé de Peau Beauté Make-Up
Creative Director), and actress Amanda Seyfried (Clé de Peau Beauté Spokesperson) attended the Clé de Peau
Beauté Gala Dinner.
"Clé de Peau Beauté has celebrated its 30th anniversary last year.I am very delighted and happy to be able to
share this moment with you all here in this energetic, dynamic city of Hong Kong, the city, that is most suited for
this memorable new departure for our brand. The core value of Clé de Peau Beauté is Radiance of joy. Today, I
am honored to host this party, with its concept driven from the two core competences, "Intelligence and elegance"
that form Clé de Peau Beauté’s radiance," Yoshiaki Okabe.said. Along with a welcome speech, Okabe officially
announced new products. "Our symbol of intelligence, Our new genre-exploring serum created from the cutting
edge science, Le Sérum. Under the concept of awakening the skin’s inner potential, Clé de Peau Beauté
achieves completely "New" skin. It is a departure from approaches crowned with suffixes such as "anti-" or "re-".
Now, let me introduce to you yet another from of elegance created by Clé de Peau Beauté: Power of Rouge. We
would like all of you here to encounter the perfectly new beauty that can even change your whole life with the
texture of roses."
Lucia Pieroni then took to the stage and talked that she has always been inspired by nature and for this seasons
collection she has chosen the classic beauty of a rose. "For me," she said, "the rose encapsulates the magical
power of beauty. from the emergence of the first bud to the shedding of the petals, the rose takes on many subtle
and sensual forms."
Amanda Seyfried, wearing a bright red dress, was asked about shooting the new make-up video for Clé de Peau
Beauté. "The filming of this video was serious yet exciting. Lucia's inspiration is the elegance of roses. We had a
lot of fun trying out the variety of shades, working on a flawless complexion… working together to project this
very intelligent, yet profoundly feminine, elegant look. I really love this new color collection!," she said. Then she
was asked how she keeps herself beautiful all the time. " I guess I always want to think about what I'm doing. I like
to be thoughtful about the projects I pick, to always be enthusiastic about trying new things out. I believe if you
make intelligent decisions and truly enjoy what you do every day, you could be beautiful all the time."
