ATTENTION EVERYONE!
1. Please come see Mrs. Hazle before the Monday, Nov. 24 meeting if you are unable to fulfill
what has been assigned to you.
2. The costumers list is large because we plan to have students make some of our simple costumes--for
example knitting scarves, making crowns, making hats, making capes, making vests. We hope to find
parent volunteer/s to help coordinate these efforts. Might your parent be willing to help with this?
3. We are still in need of someone to design our promotional poster. Would you like to? Do you know of a
high school student who might enjoy this project?
4. Production team will be excused following an informational meeting. Cast (and a few costumers,
please!) will stay to go over further details, take measurements, and make edits to our scripts.
5. We will discuss pay-to-play at the meeting as well.
