Boulogne-Billancourt, 29 July 2015 – “All Boursorama’s indicators show the success of its online bank model: new
customers, loan production, deposit and life insurance inflows, etc. Boursorama, the least expensive bank in France1,
supports all the measures taken to promote banking mobility and will put even more emphasis on its service that makes it
simpler for the customer to change banks,” said Marie Cheval, Boursorama CEO.

Dynamic growth
With 34,420 new customers in the second quarter (+28%2), Boursorama had 675,823 customers at 30 June 2015, on track to
meet its target of 750,000 customers in France by end-2015.
Deposits on current accounts increased by 32% and those on securities accounts by 26%. Overall, balance sheet deposits
increased by 20% and now exceed €5 billion.
The sharp increase in outstanding life insurance to €3.7 billion (+19%) demonstrates the attractiveness of Boursorama’s
offering. The proportion of unit-linked contract increased to 30.1%.
The outstanding amount of mutual funds grew by 7% to €932 million.
All in all, the assets managed by Boursorama in France amount to €13.2 billion (+13%).
Record loan production
This quarter, Boursorama doubled its loan production, which is close to €400 million. Outstanding mortgage loans
grew 22%.
This success has resulted in a continuous increase in loan applications (500 on average per day). The number of borrowers
taking out a mortgage loan with Boursorama was multiplied by 2.2 from the second quarter of 2014 to the second quarter
of 2015. They appreciate in particular the 100% online sign-up process, the electronic signature for borrower insurance,
the real-time monitoring, the immediate pre-approval response, the fact that they receive alternative proposals to that
initially requested and the very competitive interest rates offered.

Banking mobility
Boursorama supports the measures taken by the authorities with a view to facilitating banking mobility and offers all
those who want to become customers of the least expensive bank in France a simple, fast and free service to change
banks. This service also offers customers vouchers up to an amount of €150.

This quarter, the number of visitors to boursorama.com increased sharply to 32.7 million visits per month on average
(+18%) and 313 million page views per month (+10%), thereby confirming its position as the number one financial and
economic news site in France3.
 Online brokerage:
Against a backdrop of falling stock market indices (4.8% for the CAC 40, 8.5% for the DAX 30, 6.5% for the IBEX 35), the
Boursorama group recorded a sharp increase in the number of market orders executed in the second quarter of 2015:
+21%.


Germany: Boursorama has delisted OnVista and gathered the employees in a single site. The brokerage activity
posted a marked increase this quarter with the number of executed orders up 41%.

Spain: SelfBank is now 100% owned by Boursorama. The relaunch of the banking activity continues with a
fourfold increase in the number of new customers and account openings.
