La década de los 60 se caracterizó tanto por el nacimiento y posicionamiento de la empresa a nivel regional y nacional, como por la asunción de los principios en los que la empresa debía asentarse: Adaptabilidad, Espíritu Emprendedor, y Rápida Respuesta a los CLIENTES. Antonio Garrido Cruz.] Los años 70 es la década no sólo del afianzamiento de la empresa a nivel nacional, sino de su ampliación tanto en recursos humanos como técnicos, disponiendo de 500 metros de instalaciones y de cinco máquinas de inyección de plástico. En los años 80, la dimensión empresarial que estaba adquiriendo Industrias Jangar S.A. hizo necesaria la incorporación de dos de los hijos del fundador, los cuales no sólo reforzaron los principios en los que se asentaba la empresa, sino que imprimieron nuevos aires de gestión empresarial. Fue la década de la ampliación de los fabricados y de la empresa: 2.000 metros de nave y 12 máquinas inyectoras. La consecuencia, el total posicionamiento de la empresa en el mercado.
