WILL + BV.
WILL + NOT = WON’T
Affirmation: sujet + will + BV
Négation: sujet + won’t + BV
Question: will + sujet + BV?

shouldn’t smoke. She should practise regularly
and seriously.

conseils. En français cela correspond à
« devrait ».
On utilise SHOULDN’T + BV pour faire des
reproches. En français cela correspond à « ne
devrait pas ».

Rappel: Pour parler de ce que l’on fera (futur) on
utilise WILL / WON’T + BV.
Pour exprimer une condition, on utilise le mot
IF. En français, IF correspond à « si ».
On utilise un verbe conjugué au présent simple
après IF.
La proposition commençant par IF peut être
présentée en premier ou en deuxième dans la
phrase.

They’d like to go to high school but they don’t
know what they would like to do after that.
He wouldn’t like to study Spanish and he
wouldn’t like to be an estate agent. He’d like to

on utilise [WOULD LIKE TO + BV].
