Background/Rationale: Extensive fish farming grows discretely yet with interesting contributions to sustainable development and the fight against poverty in some countries. The project objective is to support this dynamic by incorporating the logic of recent innovations and those under development, to participate in the removal of major constraints foreshadowed in its development: lack of performance of technical systems, and access limited to sensitive information. Project Outputs: Knowledge of innovations, actors and fish breeding constraints are improved Technical and organizational innovations are co-constructed The knowledge gained is shared Actors' capacities are strengthened Project Funding Type: Competitive Project Participating institution and country location: 1.
