MÉDICALE DE GARDE"?
In these settings , family doctors offer medical care to each patient requiring
a medical care of proximity during the nights, as well as during the weekends and holidays.
The "Maison Médicale de garde" functions as a general practice. Its mission
is to establish a replacement service for family doctors to ensure the
continuity of care.
Instead of waiting in a clogged emergency ward for a health problem
that is not a real medical emergency (fever, angina, cold, gastrointestinal
disorders, pain, lumbago, small cut etc.), the "Maisons Médicales de garde"
represent the ideal proximity alternative for the patient.
Attention: The "Maison Médicale de garde" offers a medical permanence
and is not an emergency service. In case of a medical emergency,
immediately call 112 (toll-free number).
A trustworthy medical practitioner will welcome you and take care of you in
a personalized, human and confidential manner. He will give you care and
advice, in the same way that your family doctor usually does.
On the other hand, if you do not have a family doctor, the doctor on site can
guide you in choosing one.

Patients are invited to go directly to the "Maison Médicale de garde".
Between midnight and 7 am:
The "Maison Médicale de garde" is not directly accessible:
• Please call 112 before going to the "Maison Médicale de garde".
• Your call will be forwarded to the on-duty doctor who will contact you
as soon as possible and identify your problem.
• If necessary, the doctor on duty will also be available for a home visit.
