La Commission ad hoc du Bureau de l’Assemblée sur l’arrivée massive de réfugiés en Turquie, réunie du
14 au 16 juin 2015, d’abord à Istanbul puis à Gaziantep, sous la présidence de Mme Anne Brasseur, Présidente
de l’Assemblée,
a été accueillie par M. Mevlüt ÇAVUŞOĞLU, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères de Turquie
et M. Reha DENEMEÇ, Président de la délégation turque auprès de l’Assemblée
parlementaire du Conseil de l’Europe
En ce qui concerne :
-
Défis auxquels la Turquie est confrontée face aux flux de réfugiés de Syrie (Istanbul, 14 juin 2015) :
a tenu une audition avec la participation de :
Mme Anne BRASSEUR, Présidente de l’Assemblée parlementaire du Conseil de l’Europe
M. Fuat OKTAY, Président de la Direction de la gestion des catastrophes et des urgences
(AFAD), rattachée au bureau du Premier Ministre
Mme Pascale MOREAU, Représentante du Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les
réfugiés (HCR) en Turquie
M. Guy S. GOODWIN-GILL, Professeur, Droit international des réfugiés à l'Université
d'Oxford et Chercheur, All Souls College, Université d’Oxford

Visite de camps de réfugiés syriens (Gaziantep, 15 juin 2015) : a visité le Centre de visite à Elbeyli,
les centres de visite de Nizip I et Nizip II, le projet d’intégration sociale à Kilis, et a entendu des
déclarations de :
M. Hasan KARA, Maire de Kilis
et Mme Fatma ŞAHIN, Maire de Gaziantep

Suites à donner : a invité sa Présidente à présenter un rapport de la visite au cours de la réunion du
Bureau le lundi 22 juin 2015.
