L'idée majeure de cet album est de commémorer l'héritage de l'un des plus fins songwriter & poète de toute
l'histoire du rock, et aussi de donner un coup de main à la Fondation "Roisin Dubh Trust" pour réunir
les fonds nécessaires à l'édification d'une statue de Philip Lynott dans sa ville de Dublin. Philomena, la mère de
Philip a réalisé, tout au long de l'année écoulée, un dur travail chargé d'amour pour conserver vivante la mémoire
de Philip, et Record Heaven ainsi que tous les artistes participant à ce CD, ont l'espoir que leur participation sera
très utile en ce sens. Comme vous pouvez le voir, il y a un certain nombre d'artistes de renom, mais également
nombre de Thin Lizzy tribute bands, qui jouent la musique de Philip Lynott chaque weekend. Un grand merci à
tous ces musiciens pour leur participation à ce grand projet.
