PREST On-Site Services A SEALING SERVICE DEDICATED TO MAINTENANCE COST OPTIMIZATION AND EQUIPMENT SAFETY IMPROVEMENT Technetics Group Prest On-Site services is dedicated to optimizing your scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance shutdowns. Technetics Group also offers training, as well as expertise in engineering and sealing systems and sub-systems, which reduce maintenance costs and optimize reliability of your installations. THE GOAL OF OUR ON-SITE TECHNICIANS IS TO SUPPORT YOU DURING SHUTDOWNS BY: BEFORE SHUTDOWN SEGMENTS OF EXPERTISE • Preliminary technical review • Nuclear – Thermal– Energy Production • Historical and current status assessment of equipment • Research – Vacuum – Ultra Vacuum • Control and mapping of scheduled seals • Oil & Gas (On & Offshore) • Training of your technicians and skillset assessment • Chemical– Petrochemical – Refining • Pressure Vessels Manufacturing • Primary Metals • Naval • Sugar Mill • Pulp & Paper Mill DURING SHUTDOWN • Technical assistance and seal related work supervision • Flange sealing area and sealing solutions conformity check • Check for potential updates of technical specifications • Assembly assistance of most critical equipment • Flanges machining and controlled bolt tightening according to our calculations and recommendations • Fugitive emissions control and improvement solutions • Refurbishment and manufacturing of customized seals following a non-conformity report (in-house or on-site occasionally made) • Daily monitoring with shutdown managers & technicians staff TECHNETICS GROUP EnPro Industries companies Phone: +33 (0) 4 77 43 51 00 Fax: +33 (0) 4 77 43 51 51 90, rue de la Roche du Geai CS 52913 42029 Saint Etienne cedex 1 FRANCE [email protected] techneticsgroup.com EXPERTISE REPORTS Unité HSK2 Arrêt Métal 2013 Unité HSK2 Arrêt Métal 2013 Objet : Constat De Objet : Constat A : Sté SIR : MR Aliou KEBE/ Chef Projet MR Djaha FERRAND / Resp. Type de joint monté Température: 90°C – Pression: 37 bars – Produit: HC + H2 Ce sont des joints spiralés graphite en 1’’ ½ 150# : Conclusion POST-SHUTDOWN REPORTS SEALING / EXPERTISE • Final reporting containing all relevant technical data in order to keep track of all key learnings • • Technical specifications updated throughout customer’s IT system Technetics Group designs and manufactures a complete range of seals and sealing systems for the most critical and demanding applications in the world. • PREST ON-SITE SERVICES POSSIBILITIES • Controlled bolt tightening - Plant leak-free restarts after shutdowns - Reliability optimization of your installations - Reduction of downtimes - Maintain equipment conformity (flanges and bolts) - Reach expected sealing performance • On-Site machining Product offering Research & Development Maestral, our research & development sealing laboratory, which runs in conjunction with the CEA (French Atomic Energy Commission), offers a multi-scale scientific approach, combining tests, characterizations and simulation in order to develop sealing solutions that meet your needs. • Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) focus - MASE Certification (Manuel d’Amélioration Sécurité des Entreprises) - Flange surface finish & geometry rework - UIC Habilitation (Union des Industries Chimiques: chemical industry association) - Reduction of downtimes - Certified technicians - for nuclear: HN1, HN2, DATR - for petrochemicals: N2, Atex - for all other industries: Echaf 3, work at great heights (scaffolding), Port ARI, rope access technician All our technicians are first-aid rescue workers.
