Warranty Information
Intex Lighting, LLC warrants that its high-efficiency lighting products will be free from defects in
design, materials and workmanship from the date of installation for Five (5) Years, unless otherwise
specified. This warranty is conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use, and maintenance. The
manufacturer shall correct any defects, at its option, by either repairing any defective part or parts or
by replacing any defective part or parts or by making available a new replacement part at no charge.
This warranty is valid only if registered by Intex Lighting, upon receipt by manufacturer of the
Warranty Registration form with specific information about the lighting system installation. Product
Warranty is only valid once customer account is paid in full according to terms.
All Intex Lighting product warranties are backed by manufacturer guarantees.
Terms and Conditions
Standard payment terms are as follows: 50% due upon acceptance, with the balance due net 10
business days from date of completion. This proposal is valid for thirty business days and is subject to
final acceptance by Intex Lighting, LLC upon receipt of customer purchase order.
Intex Lighting agrees to provide all materials required to complete job as specified. Intex Lighting also
agrees that all labor shall be performed and completed exclusively by bonded, insured electricians
licensed in the State of Illinois.
Commercial Parking Garage (hereinafter known as the Client) must agree to provide a location to place
an adequately-sized waste receptacle for all contents discarded throughout completion of the scope of
work. Upon delivery of the materials to the job site, the materials become the property and
responsibility of the Client. The Client must agree to provide security for all purchased materials until
the scope of work is complete.
All listed terms and conditions become active upon receipt of purchase order by Intex Lighting and
remain active until scope of work is complete and all balances are paid. Please contact Intex Lighting,
LLC with any questions or concerns regarding these terms and conditions.
