(avec ou sans dispositif différentiel résiduel).
c La protection des démarreurs de moteur.
c La protection des réseaux à courant continu.
c La fonction interrupteur-sectionneur, conforme à la
norme CEI 947-3.
Le déclenchement peut, au choix de l’utilisateur, être
assuré par un dispositif magnéto-thermique ou
électronique.
Le montage des Compact NS en inverseurs de source
(automatiques ou manuels) est également prévu.

The Compact NS range achieves a significant

circuit breakers. Compact NS circuit breakers offer

Due to interchangeable trip units, Compact NS circuit
breakers adapt easily for:
c Protection of distribution networks (with or without
earth-fault protection module).
c Protection of motor starters.
c Protection of DC networks.
c Switch-disconnector function, as per
IEC standard 947-3.
The tripping module can be, according to the user's
preferences, either electronic or thermal-magnetic.
The assembly of Compact NS circuit-breakers in
source changeover systems (automatic or manual) can
also be provided for.

Suitability for isolation and safety
of personnel
Tous les disjoncteurs Compact sont aptes au
sectionnement selon la norme internationale
CEI 947-2. La poignée ne peut indiquer la position O
que si les contacts sont effectivement séparés.
L’adaptation d’une télécommande ou d’une commande
rotative conserve l’aptitude au sectionnement.
Pour la protection contre les contacts directs, les
disjoncteurs Compact s’installent à travers la face
avant des tableaux de classe II (norme CEI 664).
All Compact circuit breakers are suitable for isolation
as defined in IEC standard 947-2. The operating
handle cannot indicate the "off" position unless the
contacts are actually open. Fitting a rotary handle or a
motor mechanism does not alter the reliability of the
position indication system.
For protection against direct contact with live parts,
Compact circuit breakers may be installed through the
front panel of Class II switchboards (as per IEC 664).
