Francois Jonemann is senior counsel resident in the Paris office.
Mr. Jonemann’s practice focuses on corporate and financial matters,
including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, labor law, and
antitrust matters.
Mr. Jonemann joined the firm in 1978, became a partner in 1985,
and senior counsel in 2014. He received an LL.M. degree from
Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley
in 1976 and a Diplôme d’Etudes Supérieures de Droit from the
Université de Paris I in 1973. Mr. Jonemann received a licence en
droit from the University of Paris II and graduated from the Institut
d’Etudes Politiques de Paris in 1972. He also holds a licence es
lettres and a licence en sociologie from the University of Paris X.
Mr. Jonemann is a member of the Bar in Paris.
