Lampe infrarouge LIRA Infrared emitter Source étendue compacte à haute luminance High temperature and compact infrared lamp La lampe LIRA de SODERN utilise un émetteur infrarouge constitué d’un ruban plat de carbone pyrolytique porté à très haute température. The LIRA infrared emitters made by SODERN use a flat ribbon of pyrolitic graphite heated at high temperature. La lampe LIRA présente des performances supérieures à celles des corps noirs de type cavité ou à filament de SiC: • température de corps noir équivalent 2000°K • étendue géométrique jusqu’à 1 cm² x F/1 • compacité, robustesse • consommation électrique réduite • variations rapides de la température The LIRA lamp achieves superior performances when compared to any conventional furnace black body or SiC element : • temperature of equivalent black body up to 2000 °K • geometrical extend 0.4 inch² x F/1 • compact and resistant construction • low electrical power • short warm up time Diameter 55mm Diameter 40mm Length 117 mm (163 mm with contacts) Construction : Construction : • corps de lampe étanche en inox, • Lamp body made of stainless steel • hublot saphir • sapphire window • ruban maintenu en tension à toute température • Ribbon kept in stable position, whatever the temperature • écrans thermiques internes pour homogénéisation de la température et matérialisation de l’étendue • built in thermal shields for homogenisation of the surface temperature and definition of the beams géométrique geometry. • Boîtier de protection et de refroidissement • Alimentation stabilisée pilotable par liaison • protecting and fan cooled case • stabilized and remote controlled power supply informatique • Livrées avec étalonnage en émissivité et température • supplied with measurements of emissivity and apparent temperatures versus electrical current. en fonction du courant d’alimentation.
