A high quality, innovative multi surface primer for inside and outside surfaces. Restart's technical properties allows
it to be used as a bonding agent to any surfaces such as painted or varnihed wood, tiles, glass and non ferrous
metals.
USAGE
Interior and exterior masonary and woodwork

Apply one or two coats using a medium bristled roller or brush.
